These are probably my favorite training AND work shoe. I’d have every color if I could. I nurse and am on my feet a good portion of the day. I also workout and this shoe is great for lifts to cardio.

I recommend sizing up! About half a size. The tongue doesn’t lift so they are difficult to get on without smashing the backs. But other than that they are comfortable and good fit.

I have a narrow heel and a wide toebox and my feet are different sizes and consequently it's very hard to find shoes that fit. Not only do these fit, they are possibly the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They took a few days to break in. I typically wear a 6.5, but given my idiosyncracies, that frequently varies. I tried on 6.5 and 7; the 7 was the winner. I think they look dorky but I'm 70 years old and I don't care. They certainly look better than orthopedic shoes and they work just as well. ... show more
