Their patented rock.tec surface enhancement technology. It’s not just marketing, it truly is non-stick. Amazing!! I’ll take good care of this set. I love home cooked meals and host lots of dinners at my place. I used this set the moment it arrived. I used the big fry pan to make some really juicy teriyaki chicken thighs. They came out perfect! The pan nicely distributed the heat and made the chicken so juicy inside and crispy on the skin. Then I made a really nice beef stew with the big stock pot. Nice and tender and the meat just pulls apart! Lovely!! The rock.tec nonstick is amazing. It heats evenly, very durable and is nonstick. I made a sunny side up egg and it just slid right off the pan. No sticking! No broken eggs. Cleanup is really easy too! I wiped it with paper towel haha! I also really appreciate the thought set design that include both the 8 inch and 11 inch fry pan. A 4QT deep fry pan, 5.4 QT stockpot, 1.9 QT saucepan and they all came with lids! Covenient! Also really appreciate the pot protectors and the utensils that it came with! It’s everything I need, all in one box. I even made sure to use only silicone utensils to protect the nonstick surface and keep it in top shape. This set completely upgraded my cooking. It feels like premium cookware without the price tag. If you’re serious about cooking or just want hassle free meals and easy cleanup. I can’t recommend this enough. Rock.tec really rocks! I used a Rock pot when visiting my sister and immediately came home and looked them up. This is a great set, on sale and an excellent price. I love the pots, the way they cook, the way they clean (nothing sticks!). They have an even heat distribution. I consider them a really good addition to my kitchen (and I cook a lot!)

After running the set through the dishwasher, my husband cooked some frozen ground beef and then mixed it with his pasta... A dish that he has always cooked. Not only did nothing stick to the pan, but the pan made his dish look and taste a lot better. We are both extremely happy with this cookware set! If you have been on the fence about buying this set, you will not regret it.

I bought this set earlier this month. I would say affordable non toxic cookware set, free of PFAs and PFOAs. I say the non stick works very well. Easy to wash and store in the cabinet. I would say durable, does not warp. I would also say retains and distributes heat evenly. The weight is pretty light. I only use silicone or wood cooing utensils on this cookware to maintain the integrity of the nonstick outer layer and keep scratch resistant. I would recommend this set! So far I'm am pretty satisfied with this set.

I ordered a 15-piece pot and pan set, however, there were some components missing and the company stated they were unable to send me the missing parts. They implied that it was due to Amazon processing the order, however, the set came in the manufacturers packaging, and Amazon only repackaged it to ship out as they do with most everything. Poor customer service, as they said to return it to Amazon.

I was hesitant, after reading a few reviews I made an incredible purchase. I was searching for nonstick, quality as well as to downsize the amount of my older set to basics. Perfect for my smaller kitchen concerning storage. The utensils that came with it was a nice side gift to prevent scratching. I cooked an omelette, which had come perfect as though I had gone to a restaurant, it cooked evenly, no stick on low medium heat within minutes. I selected the black which I absolutely love the look. I kept the padding that the pots and pans were shipped with and use, if stacking my pans to prevent any scratches and preserve the quality. Looking for forward to cooking more meals. Great Purchase! I will buy an additional pot soon.
