Thorough, in-depth and very helpful. Thinking you need some help with any MineLab detector, THIS is the bible for you. Although there is no index in the back, the Table of Contents is quite extensive. A fantastic resource. Highly recommend !

I read some of the reviews of this book and had almost decided not to buy but I wanted to learn the machine so I purchased the book. I have read the book in its entirety and it has become my go to manual for the equinox 800. The book explains each setting on the detector helping to navigate the different types of detecting. As bonus, the writer included different hunters settings that can be programmed into the machine. I overlooked what some called typos and other mistakes in the writing and read to learn. This book will help anyone is a novice to the Equinox 600 and 800. Both machines are explained throughout the book. This book is very helpful in understanding the options of the equinox 800 or 600 detector. I highly recommend anyone who owns the equinox detector to get this book. Your knowledge will expand about your detector. Very descriptive on each option of the control and good advice from other detectorist.
