Love this cat door!

Cute Cat Door
It was easy to install, and works well for both my 7 lbs fluff ball and my 13 lbs big boy. It does not get fur stuck to it.

More than I wanted to spend, but happy I did!
I was a little concerned buying this. For one, it was a little more costly than other options. There were also a few critical reviews, mostly with respect to the cutting stencil and the adhesive tape. Perhaps those issues have been resolved due to prior feedback, but I can report none of these issues. Installation was easy with my DIY-grade jigsaw and the door fits perfectly and looks great. The tape seems to be adhering very well and I haven't had the need to use screws for reinforcement. If it wasn't clear, this comes in three pieces. There's the cat head outline which places vertically on your door, the rear outline with tail also placing vertically, and a flexible piece of composite that fits between them on the inside of the cutout. On a hollow door installation, this piece covers everything to avoid unsightly appearance and other considerations. Edit: dimensions of the inside opening and my installation were 7.25" wide by 6.25" high (not including the half-inch gap between bottom of door and my floor). 7.25" wide by 6.75" high including that lift. I have a mixed breed small dog (about 25 pounds) and he can stick his head through but definitely not his body. UPDATE: To my surprise, my dog has managed to shimmy its way through the cat door. It takes him a little bit of work (5-10 seconds), but he can squeeze through. My primary application is to allow the cats access to my basement and to their litter box which is behind another door and has a smaller pet door. So, for me, it's not a major concern as our dog can't get to their litter box. But, for owners using this as their sole means of egress/ingress and wanting to ensure that other pets can't fit through, you may want to consider other options if you have other small pets.

Cutest thing ever!
Handyman only charge $50 to install this! Easy Peezy, they provide a template, take the door off and use appropriate. Saw to cut out hole and screw on plastic pieces. All I had to do was place Peachy‘s food on one side she popped right in put the food on the other side and she popped right out has been using it steadily ever since she loves it and I’m happy because I can keep the laundry room door closed. Her litter box is in the laundry room closet.

Updated Review - Cute Solution for Our Cat!
I'm reviewing this before my cat has actually used this - but so far so good! I did what others said they did and used a jabsaw and just hacked away at my door. It wasn't easy or fun, but it meant I didn't have to buy anything expensive ($11 for a decent jabsaw) and I did get this entirely installed within a half hour. It's perfect for allowing my cat but not my dogs into the basement so he can use his litter box. The quality of the piece itself is fine for its purpose. I do not recommend following the template exactly. You can tell from the photos that I really couldn't do so with the jabsaw. I outlined the template itself and just cut the hole just a smidge smaller. It would've made the most sense to just trace around the thing itself but I did not for fear of cutting it too close. It would be great if the company would update their template and print it out on something other than standard printer paper - it's basically useless trying to trace out the template with thin printer paper. I get that it cuts margins but it's kind of an expensive product for what it is so I think that's really the least they could do. But ultimately the product was super easy to install otherwise. I'll update after it gets some use but for now the adhesive strips are holding great and the do seem adequate. UPDATE: We've been using this for a month or so now and honestly its great! I love the look of it and our cat uses it just fine. The smaller pup we have doesn't squeeze through either thank goodness so no issues at all! Recommend this product for cat owners! UPDATE 2: Yeah so the other reviews are 100% right - the adhesive strips do not and will not hold up over time. Do not recommend relying on them to last which is disappointing since this item is a bit pricey for what it is. I'm now using command strips to hold this in place. It's not an unsolvable problem but once again, it is annoying considering the price of this item.

Easy to use
We turned the hard to reach corner of my laundry room cabinet into a cat box hideaway. This door-hole kit made it easy and cute. I was not sure it would work for a cabinet door which is not as thick as a regular door, but we made adjustments and it works great. We glued a slip of edging material at the bottom of the hole in the door to make it blend into the cabinet. My cat loves it. The box is tucked away nicely.

Simple to install with a jig saw. I was even able to install this on my partially hollow door. My two cats love it and their secret entrance to their cat cave. Easy access, No gaps, durable.
