Only other problem was took about 5 tries to setup fingerprint. Used Ipad and tried without app just using lock. Finally was able to do it with app on Iphone. Maybe was just not doing it correctly. Single 51 year old female here. Installation so easy! Only thing I can recommend is a magnetic screwdriver for the little screws. The Installation documentation is great! Did not have to watch the video but they have that too! Fingerprint reader so easy to set up and works effortlessly every time! I've had 2 smartlocks prior to this one... terrible. The first was so delicate in the Installation it kept coming disconnected. Fingerprint reader on both of them never worked! So so happy with this lock! ... show more

So far this lock works great ihas a really good app to control it. Just a note that it comes with a push pen to set your left or right hand door. Make sure you activate this so the door lock will set for your proper door side.
