Installation was okay, but the programming was a challenge. Thank goodness for YouTube it saved us. I love the security. The only other drawback is the batteries. I anticipate that I will have to reprogram when I need to change them. I also can't find the right app for my phone

We got tired of juggling bags, kids, and keys, so we decided (after my husband broke his key in our deadbolt) to replace our old hardware with this. It is amazing! I had fun installing it. Super simple directions to follow. Our holes were already right where they needed to be, so for us, it was plug and play. Now my parents and neighbors can access our house as needed, and we don’t have to worry about handing out or hiding copies of our keys everywhere. The only thing we had an issue with was when it got super humid, our door jam swelled and the door sagged a bit, so when we went to lock it, it wasn’t locking the whole way and caused the whole unit to shut down. Luckily we had the emergency spare manual key that comes with it, so we were able to get in and reset it. It hasn’t happened again since. We decided it was time for a key pad door opener due to our kids losing their house keys at school! This is so easy to use! Easy to install! All the kids have their codes as well as anyone else that needs it! I do however wish it locked quicker than 20sec. Also even if the door is still open after 20sec it will lock so that’s annoying but overall I can suck it up if that’s the only thing I complain about! Haha very pretty as well! I have not used the fingerprint feature thought because I’m weird and paranoid about it lol but I’m sure it’s great as well! ... show more

Best customer follow up and help received on this product. Product is easy to install. Easy to set up the features. If you ask question to the customer service about any thing, they are there to help you out. Just one issue and that is, product is slightly over priced, if you think the price is ok, I suggest you should buy this product. Makes life easy and do not have to worry about taking keys out of the door with you. One suggestion to the product team. Please provide a on/off button to turn it off. When I am working outside on my car, and have to do several in and out, and every time auto lock is locking the door in 10 seconds is a little extra painful. If I know I am using the door 3-4 times to get the groceries inside from the car, or cleaning the car or for any other reason I have to out and in frequently, if there is on/off button, that sure will help me and i do not have to use code or fingerprint. I hope you got my point. Thanks. EDIT: Last purchased Apr 9, 2023. Battery died on June 22, 2023. I use lock/unlock feature 2 times a days, some times more but I was out of town for 11 days. So not used during that period. I had a question with customer service about battery life. I asked what if I am coming back home after some days vacation to find out dead batteries. I was told, no worries, when batteries are getting low, you will get a warning signal to tell you weak batteries. No such signs were given to me. I opened door before I put my jogging shoes on, to find out if there is still rain or not. And then I walked out in 2 minutes, and no signs of batteries weak. 45 minutes after, I came home to find out that I am locked out side, because batteries are dead. So basically brand new batteries out of a package, lasted only 2 months and couple of more days. No signs of weak batteries at all.I had to go to a motel and pay 100 bux to pay my overnight stays. as I was locked out at 11:15 pm. Then a call to lock smith cost me 150bux and few hours of wait time for locksmith. First one was asking $200.00 to open up lock, without damaging the lock. Customer Service: what do you have to say now? Will you reimburse me for the money that I had to pay for your responsible suggestions and confirmation that battery wont die on me, it will give me warning before dying? Whoever reads this/ Please be careful and this lock is not worth it. ... show more
