The grill was well packaged and easy to assemble. I givave it 4 out of 5 stars because I had to bend the heat element bracket a bit with pliers so the element would lay flat in the holders after tightening the bolts. The price was very reasonable. We've used it about 6 times and cleaned it once. The grease pan works well also. If you use an extension cord, it has to be heavy gauge wire. I recommend it.

The grill works pretty good.. Takes a little longer to cook certain foods, but everything we have grilled with it came out really good. Definitely worth the $$...! Update: The controller for the grill died on us after only 4 or 5 uses, contacted the seller and they graciously offered to send us a new one!! Their correspondence back and forth was prompt, quick and very nice. I would recommend them just on customer service and satisfaction alone. Wish I could have them over for a cookout..!! Lol..!!!!!

Only thing I dislike is grill is open you have to use a pan or something. Would rather have a solid one like the Forman. I tried to reach out but to no avail. If anyone has a direct phone number or email I would appreciate it

We live in a condo in NYC and we aren’t allowed charcoal or propane gas grills, but we love to grill when we get good weather. This little guy is perfect! It cooks well, it has a decent sized cooking service, the color is beautiful, it’s lightweight and completely portable making it super convenient. The ONLY issue - which others have spoken about also - I have with the product is the height. If it were about a foot taller it but be magnificent! Still great otherwise.

We love the design and size of this bbq grill! ready for spring! it was super simple to put it together, it took me only few minutes and the manuals was very straight forward, I am very happy that it come with spare nuts and the butterfly style ones, because I dropped a couple and could not find them, I think this was really beyond my expectations :) I love pedestal design, that is how some of my patio chairs are, pedestal style :) This grill is non stick and had removable parts for better cleaning , beautiful grill! All in all, easy to set up, perfect weight, very efficient and I love the spare parts! This grill comes with top and bottom !

This was easy to use.. easy clean up but the assembly was not a 15 min assembly like some have said.... I said a few choice words I can't say here < haha> The flavor of the food is very much like if you would cook indoors.. I was sure it wouldn't have a bbq taste but I guess I thought it would have a different flavor to it, but to me it tasted the same as I would cook in the house. It was okay, but don't give up your bbqer if you want that outdoorsy yummo bbq taste

Do Not Buy. Very messy, you have to disassemble to clean, then reassemble. I don't mind assembling things, but I'm talking pull out the screw driver, remove the bolts, and take apart half of it. Ikea furniture is less time consuming. Also, by messy, I mean grease drips everywhere. There is a drip tray thay serves no purpose. Grease will drip down the grill stand onto your flooring. The grill itself heats well, so it will likely operate for you. But, this is very much a throw-away grill. You will get maybe three or four good uses out of this before it is unmanageable or causes a grease fire. Ask yourself, is it worth spending over $100 for a grill that will be useless after a few meals? If your answer is, I just need it quick, then by all means spend the money. Also, I don't know why any of these "reviewers" are so generous here. The bar must be set really low for some of these folks. Here's how I think "Techwood" does business: they CAD design their product, print it at a metal mass manufacturer, and then ship it without actually testing the product with consumers. (I'm right, aren't I, Techwood?) So yeah, you five-star reviewers who provide us with such helpful insights as, "it cooks food!"-- this is why half the stuff sold on Prime is lame.

It doesn’t have a temperature gauge is the only downfall. But the unit overall is a little smaller in height than I thought. Does do a job it’s kind of like cooking in an oven but it’s great for apartments especially small balconies. So if you’re about making a purchase in this ballpark of a grill then it does it’s job. But I will say that the bottom part of it under the heater coil, I’m a little concerned I will have to clean that more Often keep bugs and ants away.
