I'll take the blame, but was transporting the top and the bottom separately to my car. Dropped the bottom part two feet onto a wooden floor and one of the wheels shattered. I know it's cheap, but for the money a slightly more durable plastic would be appreciated. Update.. Support got back to me and provided the wheel for free. I'm very appreciative, and quite impressed.. Worth the five stars now.. The people working for the company make up for it! ... show more

Exactly as pictured for kids and teens only. Great looking, adjusts up and down: easy to assemble. You need to attach the top to the back at the arms generally very easy takes about half an hour even if you don’t know what you’re doing. Not really recommended for anybody over 5 feet tall. So happy with this chair. My 9 year old son fits perfectly. My 13 year old has even used it a few times.. took me about 20mins to put together. Definitely glad I purchased this one.

Updated again: Now, the entire shaft of the chair has broken off. Where it was welded to the base, just broke leaving my child in the floor. This is not due to normal wear and tear of the item. This is faulty manufacturing. Amazon refuses to replace the chair. They told me to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer will not reply to me. I contacted the seller, and posted the previous review, and have not been contacted by the seller either. Be warned if you buy this gaming chair. -- Updated: a few months after getting this it started leaking black oil all over my carpet :( -- Perfect and so comfy!!! ... show more
