I'm 72 and work from home, spending 6.5+ hours a day sitting at my desk. Of late I’ve noticed a “tiredness” and stiffness in my legs. My doctor recommended I increase my movement, suggesting trying an elliptical pedal machine. I’d gotten another brand but returned it to Amazon as it was a big disappointment. Flimsy in design and cheap in function. Not sure how it got all the positive reviews. But I needed something and after looking around some more, I took a chance on this one and am VERY HAPPY I did! The unit is impressive. Well built, very sturdy, QUIET, easy to transport from room to room and doesn't wiggle round. It comes with 12 adjustable speeds and also measures Time, Calories Used and Distance. These modes can be accesses/adjusted manually or remotely (remote included) as you progress in your workout. It weighs about 16-17 pounds and let me mention again, it’s quiet. A BIG plus when you’re working. The pedals are large, just under 12" long, and move easily in BOTH directions. No jerking like the other elliptical I had. The unit comes with a pad to prevent slippage, but I keep mine right on the rug under my desk. No problem. The main function light is very bright making your mode progress pretty easy to read but the indicator lights for the various modes are smaller and not quite as visible, Of course at 72, my eyes might be part of it! LOL The machine is easy to operate and offers me a way to keep moving as I go about my work. AND...it comes with exercise bands that attach to the frame so you can work your arms too! Great for low impact exercising. I would definitely recommend this machine and am certain it will work as well for you as it’s been working for me.

Great. Functions as said. However, the indicator lights are so bright that even during the day it is an irritating sight. Like a flash light on your face. I had to put a towel on it at night so I can sleep.

I absolutely love the under the desk elliptical and I've been using it a few times daily to work back up my ankle and leg muscles. I've been having some troubles lately with my leg strength and this has helped me immensely. I can now walk better and feel more confident in my daily life as well. The machine is well worth the price and it's light enough to easily move around. There's not much noise at all when in use and the varying speeds and resistance helps me become more mobile and feel stronger. I definitely recommend for anyone recovering or needing to strengthen their legs and want to have something to use to work out even if a little everyday to keep active and be able to feel healthier as well.

I would have given this 10 stars if I could have. I’m a senior and fell on Feb 27th in Big Bear, Ca 1st surgery on the 28th in Big Bear. 2 weeks later had appointment in Redlands only to go to Ontario 2 days later for second surgery. I have been in a soft cast for the first 4 weeks to only be put in a hard cast for another 4. Then in walking boot for a week as of today. I ordered this under desk elliptical with hoping it would do what the description and the other reviews said. 9 weeks later with no physical therapy, I unboxed it read the directions and used the slowest motion. My foot was like whats this it feels sooooo good. I did not want to stop at 5 minutes forward and 5 minutes reverse. It felt that good. I’m going to be using it in the same 5 forward and 5 backward 3 times a day in slow and will be increasing weekly until my next doctor visit. Easy to assemble 4 screws, plug it in and you’re ready to start after you read the directions. Has many options slow, medium and high. Very happy with the purchase at this point and hoping it continues to work for years to come, but that’s what warrantees are for.
