I bought two TCL 52 inch fans one for my hallway and one for my dining room. The first TCL fan arrived. The box was all beat up. I opened the box to find the styrofoam to be all in pieces as if the box was thrown around. I looked at everything and it seemed ok. What do I know? My electrician came and noticed right about that the light was all bent out of shape. He suggested I return the fan. He install the other TCL fan in my hallway. OMG, it is an outstanding fan, My electrician offered to go to Home Depot to purchase another fan to put in my dining room. He installed that fan, but I have to say, the TCL fan is so much better than the Home Depot fan. I sent a message to the seller that I had an issue with one of the fans. TCL contacted me immediately and is sending me a replacement fan that I am going to put at the top of three steps that go to the bedrooms and den. TCL customer service went above and beyond. Thank you TCL for replacing the broken fan. If you want an EXCELLENT ceiling fan do not pass go buy a TCL ceiling fan, Topnotch customer service. Update 7/22/25 TCL informed be on 7/19/25 that I would receive the fan in 4 days, to my surprise the fan arrived on 7/20/25 the next day! Now that’s what you call outstanding Customer Service.

Easy to install and comes with a guide that clearly explains the installation method. My previous fan had a small light which is almost not useful but this fan has wide light which is LED, so serves a good area and is also customizable. Another useful and good thing is Fan wings are 2 sided. We can use them based on our room decor or our preference. 52" is a good size I felt. Doesnt make any noise and I can have the speed based on need as it has 6 settings. Comes with a remote which is an added advantage of this. We need not get up every single time to change mode. Also has timed settings like a table fan which is new for my house. It has a reversible motor best based on the season we use the fan in. Very satisfied with this product for my home.

This fan was very eassy to install, and incorporates a sleak modern design and is very quiet. I purchased this to replace an old Hunter fan that had finally lost it's umph. I like the remote that this has and the led dimmable light- overall though the quality of this fan is inferior to said Hunter fan. IT does not seem to move a high volume of air but it is suitrable for the purpose I need it for. FOr the price - I purchased it during deal days it is worth the price of $109- for the normal price I would be hesitant to spend $150.

The fan is silent and has very bright lighting kit. They're LED and have 3 different light tones. 6 fan speeds and reversible motor for winter. It also has different auto off buttons. Mine is black with reversible paddles black or brown. 52 inches

Why did you pick this product vs others?: My home theater has black painted walls and ceiling. Replacing the original white ceiling fan was a must. I was looking for a low profile, black and quiet fan. This ceiling fan met my needs. It has a dark matte finish to not reflect lights. Six speeds and they're all quiet. My favorite is the low profile build does not get in the way of the projector. The included remote works well and is easy to understand. Installation was no problem. Overall I'm very happy with new ceiling fan.
