I have chronic illnesses, main one that causes me pain is RA, which has me stiff and swollen a lot in my joints, especially first thing in the morning and when it's cooler months. I thrive in the southern humid summers and had someone else with same disease have great opinions on infrared saunas. Pretty straight forward to set up and then you just plug it in, set time and heat, let it warm up for a few minutes and get in. Helping me a lot so far get moving in the mornings.
