I had been looking at these from various makers for quite a while. Finally decided to go with the TamiTami and I am extremely happy with this purchase. First of all, it's SOLID! There is nothing flakey or flimsy about this bed frame. I needed to fit it to a custom made bed and it fits better than I'd dared hope. I didn't have to use any of the included legs, which made the set up a breeze...if you don't mind the weight! Everything was carefully laid out with all the necessary connections in place, so getting it up and running was a breeze. The pre-sets on the remote are really nice, but I do wish the remote would light up with a jiggle or something to make navigating it in the dark easier. The features are wonderful. You can adjust the massage length and intensity as well as style it to constant or intermittent activity. You have two customizable bed positions or just use the zero gravity, or you can adjust your head and foot to the exact spot that feels good at the time. The under bed lighting is also nice. I have already recommended this bed frame to several people. This is a GREAT bed frame and a purchase I am happy I made.

This TamiTami T600 adjustable bed frame is amazing and has some great features that are very useful for my partner and I. First of all the bed frame is quite heavy and it helps to have a helper when setting it up. It comes packaged well, folded in half with all parts and accessories inside the bed frame. Setup is very simple, you just unfold the bed frame, screw in the 6 legs, flip it over (use a helper), add the mattress guards, install your mattress of choice (highly recommend a memory foam mattress), plug it in and start using. The features that I like are the led underneath lighting which is useful to help you spot the edges of the bed when your room is pitch black, the 4 USB ports are very useful for my partner and I since both of us have phones and devices that we like to charge at night. The USB ports are even backlit making them easy to spot at night, the foot and head massage vibration is nice and you can adjust the intensity for your preference. These photos I've added were taken before we received our mattress, once our mattress arrived it fit like a glove and the side retainers work very well. My partner and I love this bed frame, with it's wide range of adjustability we can get comfortable to sleep in positions we like. I feel like I have gotten better sleep since we have been using this frame. I would highly recommend this adjustable bed frame. Excellent customer service on top of that - I had a question about using the remote and sent an email to TamiTami. They replied the very next day with clear instructions on how to use my remote. They even followed up to make sure everything was working as it should, that is great customer service!

After looking over the endless options of adjustable bed frames on Amazon, I confidently chose to buy the T450 for my queen size Purple bed based on the reviews. The most important feature I needed was that I could use it without the included legs on my current platform bed that has storage in it. The T450 is one of the very few on Amazon that are compatible with platform beds at a very reasonable price. Our T450 was shipped and delivered quickly. We were able to set it up in no time. The quality is very good, and feels sturdy; we have no concerns with it breaking after sleeping on it for a couple of weeks now. We also appreciate that the motors are quiet and that the wireless remote is backlit so it can be used in the dark. Overall, we loved the T450 so much that we ordered another one for our son’s room. We wish we would have bought this a long time ago because adjustable beds are so comfortable!

The base arrived without the mattress retainer brackets installed. TAMISERVICE responded promptly to my complaint and I had the parts within 5 days! Great service! When I first operated the base some of the functions didn't operate fully and I could hear clicking noises coming from the controller. I unplugged the actuator cables from the controller and plugged them back in. This apparently reset some soft limits in the controller. Everything works smooth and quiet now! I didn't contact customer service; I'm an engineer and was able to resolve the issue without help. It might have just been loose connectors. Most others would probably be frustrated. Plus, I'm not sure how well the corrective action would translate from Chinese?! This is the first time I've used and adjustable base. I have the T600 in the Twin XL size, with the massage function. In the flat position the massage can cause a little rattling noise. If you add a little lift to the head and foot, this takes up the free play in the lift mechanisms and stops the rattling noise. Not a big deal! Also, I have a 14-inch thick mattress. Raising and lowering the head (with or without the feet) tends to shift my body toward the foot of the bed. This is probably a function of mattress thickness and not a design issue. A thinner mattress would be less likely to do this. Overall I've been very pleased with this purchase! The build quality looks very sturdy. The operation is very quiet and smooth. The remote is backlit, which is a must! The massage has several modes to try and you can set a timer.

This thing is sturdy! Weighs 130lbs. I'm pleased with the way it is built and the way it operates. The message motors are powerful enough to shake the ceiling fan on the first floor. This annoys the wife while she watches tv which pleases me 😊
