The box is pretty much beat up and the product that came with it is all used and the main function of the chair, the height adjustment does not work. I cannot believe this product has good reviews.

The quality of this chair is at a higher level than I have seen before. It was very easy to assemble, with high quality parts. I have only been using this for a few days, but can already tell the comfort difference as well. Well worth the cost!

I have been sitting at my desk in a dining room chair and it's been some time that I needed a proper desk chair. I choose this grey chair for its curves. My hope is that the curved spine and ability to change the height will allow the lumbar curve of the mesh to push back on my lower spine a little bit. I do really like that the seat cushion is very comfortable yet feels pretty solid underneath. The armrests swivel, but only about 30 degrees each. They do not pull away like some of the other chairs do which is a nice feature. When my arms are on the desk typing at the computer, the arm rests are useless so I wish they could tuck away so I could pull the chair in closer to the desk, which still makes me bent over the desk, therefore defeating the purpose of the back rest. The neck/head rest rotates as well, but as soon as I move the back up, the head rest is too tall and also has no purpose to its swivel feature. Perhaps this is made for a taller person in general. I don't know why this chair costs so much, $329 seems pretty steep for a chair, because I can't really compare it to anything that's super amazing on the market when it comes to office chairs. It gets the job done and it will be much more comfortable than my dining room wooden chair. It was extremely easy to assemble. My husband does seem to think that the particular one I ordered might be a return because it had a spot on the cushion and the metal screw holes already had black grease on them as if the screws and nuts had already been assembled at one time. However, the plastic packages came sealed, and all the parts were in the box. No complaints on directions nor any difficulty in assembling and using immediately! ... show more

Wow!! I think this chair is a steal. I recently started working from home, so I was looking for a chair that would be as adjustable and comfortable for long hours in front of the computer as the Herman Miller chair I had in the office. I saw this on IG and was a bit skeptical given this one a a fraction of the price of the Herman Miller, but I loved how it looked in grey and it seemed like a safe bet with the coupon and because it was returnable and on Amazon. It took the chair a few days to arrive but assembly was a breeze and literately took minutes, I used the video through the QR code that came in the box. I’ve been using it all day for a week now and I can safely say that this chair is as comfortable and with as good of a finish (plus I personally think it looks more elegant).
