I first found this from an add off of Facebook. Obviously I was skeptical about it because I found it FROM Facebook. I was expecting something cheap and plastic, something that would after a while of use it would fall off. Man I was proven wrong! First off its all metal and high quality! Fits perfectly off of my air vent,I placed mine on the left vent by the infotainment system. My phone doesnt block the air flow at all. This device holds my galaxy s24 ultra firmly even after going on trails. it comes with instructions on how to install it and it took me maybe 5 minutes. They put on their slogan built to outlast you and I gotta say im very impressed.

Finally found a phone holder that works. Holds securely. I have an iPhone 12 Max Pro in a battery back up phone case so it is thick and heavy. This holder still holds the phone securely. Very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend. Installation took minutes.

For the longest time, I used a cheap $6 plastic clip for my iPhone that I bought on some random website. I had zero issues with it over multiple models of iPhones and never fell while doing serious off-roading in the rugged mountains of Colorado. See pictures. While it didn’t clip over the entire vent, it still held up no problem. So why did I buy this one? Well my mom wanted one for her car (passenger car) so I figured I would just give her mine and buy a new one. I chose this brand based on the fact it is designed for the Tacoma. I didn’t want the hassle of getting one similar to my old one and have it not work. While at the end of the day this is just a clip for a phone. However I was impressed with the instructions (didn’t need them) they used color paper and had QR codes you could scan if you were struggling with the install. Fits my 2019 TRD Tacoma just fine. True to its claims, it does not interfere with the buttons on my iPhone. I like the metal construction and look, but honestly it doesn’t matter to me that much. You can use the ball and socket joint to adjust the phone to whatever position you want. I also get more air flow with this one, again I don’t really care about these trivial things but yeah it’s nice and this is for those who are deciding if it truly fits or if it’s junk. It is not! Seems well made and while sadly I don’t live in a state with any kind of terrain to test its holding strength while 4 wheeling, I would bet a month’s salary that I would have no problems. A bit spendy for such a simple device but at least they put some thought into it and made a solid product so you at least feel you are not overpaying. Tacos FTW!

I usually do not write reviews, or provide feedback, (it is an age related condition). But, having worked in an industry which requires Quality standards to material, design and condition, I will say this product is clearly what the description provides. My 2023 SR5 accepted the installation without any concerns, and I am very pleased that the mount "feels" solid. I have made a calendar note to return to this review and amend in 6 months if there is a need to relay a deficiency . . . but I sense I will not be back.

I’m super impressed with this phone mount. It is very well made, well-machined, exact tolerances. I have a 2018 Tacoma TRD and this holder fits perfectly. No stupid tape or adhesives. I assembled it in 10 minutes, installed it in 5. Clear instructions. Expensive, but worth it; this thing will last.
