When I purchased the unit I did not install it until 50 days later the air handler was not working I reached out to the seller they were very helpful they replaced it at no charge even though it was passed the 30 days return thank you very much respectful yours Anthony

    • poor quality and low output
generic unclear instructions, very short supply lines (only about 8 feet), weak air force (high/turbo on this 12000 is equal to about med-low on a box fan). Would not buy again, if I had known more about mini splits (or more info on this one) I would have kept looking. Wasted my money now too broke to fix the mistake ... show more
