Haven’t tested the heat mode yet (not exactly cold out), but based on the build quality and cooling output, I expect it’ll perform just as well. Install was smooth and straightforward. Everything included worked exactly as it should—mounting hardware, line set, remote, all solid. For DIYers: you’ll need to supply your own disconnect breaker, indoor/outdoor breakers, and feed wire. That’s standard for most installs, but worth knowing upfront so you can order everything together. Both the indoor and outdoor units look clean and professional. The system runs quiet, cools fast, and is priced right for what you get. Bottom line: Whether you're a contractor like me or a confident DIYer, this unit delivers. CANNOT GET MISSING PARTS! The company will only replace the entire unit (inside and outside) for the one missing grill and screws. The part was never installed. Now I'm concerned about ever needing parts and what to do. Be cautious when ordering this unit. It runs great and is quiet.

The unit runs great and cools the room efficiently. The included tape didn’t have any adhesive, but it wasn’t a big deal—we just used our own duct tape. Overall, very satisfied with the performance.

Unbelievably quiet. Can barely tell it’s running outside. Zero vibration. I have a 1,000 ft garage and the ceiling is not insulated it cools and heats it no problem. Pretty easy to install just take your time helps to have a second set of hands. Functions great so far. Seems to be well built. Fan can reach quite far. Highly recommend using professional electrician for above 120v versions.

came in two separate boxes while the condenser box did come damaged on the corner the head evap coil unit came in great shape. The condenser wasnt damaged however so we went ahead and installed it. took less than 3hrs. has pretty much everything u need minus a mount or put on blocks. outside. We just got L brackets from home depot. The unit is quiet and had a 700sq ft room very cold after only 30 mins of run time. good little unit. i would definitely recommend

This product works great. Installed myself. You will need a few things for the wiring that do not come with the unit. Also will need a vacuum pump to vacuum down line set. Been using it for approximately a month and been flawless, while running extremely quiet. I purchased another brand for another part of my house and those line sets are a lot thinner then this unit. These seem to be be made line set that will last.
