Unbelievably quiet. Can barely tell it’s running outside. Zero vibration. I have a 1,000 ft garage and the ceiling is not insulated it cools and heats it no problem. Pretty easy to install just take your time helps to have a second set of hands. Functions great so far. Seems to be well built. Fan can reach quite far. Really efficient, very quiet, maintains the temp set at and remote is easy to navigate. I have a 30 ft rv in 100 degree weather and it will cool to set temps and I like it cooler. Mine is installed in the bay door to the couch storage. (I removed it. ) near the floor and it works fine at about 1 1/2 ft off the ground. Cold to sit by. We mounted it to a board then installed. CANNOT GET MISSING PARTS! The company will only replace the entire unit (inside and outside) for the one missing grill and screws. The part was never installed. Now I'm concerned about ever needing parts and what to do. Be cautious when ordering this unit. It runs great and is quiet.

Using in a converted single car garage. I have had it through a winter and heading into summer. Nice and quiet. Had a little trouble keeping up when temps were in the teens for a week. Had to reset a couple of times for stopping. All in all, I would buy it again

came in two separate boxes while the condenser box did come damaged on the corner the head evap coil unit came in great shape. The condenser wasnt damaged however so we went ahead and installed it. took less than 3hrs. has pretty much everything u need minus a mount or put on blocks. outside. We just got L brackets from home depot. The unit is quiet and had a 700sq ft room very cold after only 30 mins of run time. good little unit. i would definitely recommend ... show more

This is my second yitahome mini split. Installed the first one about 6 weeks ago. It is working great. Just finished up this one and it too is working great. The instructions are a bit lacking, but there are plenty of videos out there. First one took me about 4 hours. Second one about 2.5 hours. Recommend buying or borrowing a vacuum pump. I used nylog thread sealer on the lineset connections and coiled up the extra horizontally under the outside unit. The wifi is a bit confusing, but we got it working too. I would like to give a 4.5 star review for the instructions. Otherwise it is fine. ... show more
