The media could not be loaded. If you have a sun room that gets too warm or cold to enjoy year round this is The Perfect answer. Cost was far less than we were expecting to pay, as a matter of fact our budget for one covered this and left us enough cash to purchase a higher cost one if this did not work out. I am happy to say this exceeded all of our expectations. Our room is 16×20 and glass on 3 sides, of course they happen to east, south and west, so all the hot sun in the summer and the ice cold lake winds in the winter. My husband has some experience in hvac so he decided to self install. The only thing he purchased was the square tubing in the corner because he hates seeing the tubing and wires (I will admit I am glad he did). It was delivered in 2 boxes a day apart, the manual was, thankfully in the 1st box. He was able to read it and purchase the parts he wanted before the 2nd box showed up. This gave him time to make a game plan. When it was go time I was on standby but his game plan went without a hitch, he credits the manual for the straight forwad directions. I am just thankful my assistance was not needed and nary a curse word was uttered, no tools were thrown etc. Now the very very best ~ on a high humidity, 94° sunny day it took less than 3 minutes to get the sunroom from 97 to 75. I have included a short video of the noise, what little there is, we do not need to turn up the TV or raise our voices. The same with the outside unit, until you are right on top of it you can't hear it (I only wish the central AC was the same.) A few weeks ago we have night time thunderstorms and big temp drop. Just like the cold air, it took little time to get rid of the cold damp feel. I am not going to set myself up for disappointment and hope for a toasty 80° in January during a lake effect snowstorm, but I am confident it will be enough for me to enjoy a cup of morning coffee and watch the squirrels.

All I can say is that I am very pleased I purchased the Nexaro 12000 BTU from this company thru Amazon. It works great every day. What the description says on websiteit delivers it. gets really cold if you want that cold, or if you wanted to heat, it delivers the heat. it’s a perfect product. I did have a little hiccup in the beginning, installation issue and contacted customer service. They were more than helpful to help me with everything and take the necessary steps to make sure I’m happy with the product. I didn’t even have to go through Amazon. They just literally delivered excellent customer service excellent product. I rated them five stars if I could do 10 I would and I would definitely buy from them again and their products.

I put it in my attic hottest room in my house used it all summer. During the heat wave 100° week kept me cool. I didn't shut it off for 4 months and I didn't notice much difference on my electric bill. Impressive and quiet heat also works great. I just ordered another one

I recently installed the 9000BTU Mini Split Air Conditioner & Heater in my living room, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the performance! First of all, the installation was surprisingly easy. The system comes with clear instructions, and even though I’m not an expert, I managed to get it up and running in just a few hours. Once it was installed, I was immediately impressed with how quickly it started cooling down the room. It easily covers my 450 sq. ft. space, and I can feel the cool air in just minutes. The 17 SEER2 rating means it’s incredibly energy-efficient, which is a big win for me since I want to keep my energy bills in check. The unit is also very quiet, which is something I really appreciate. I don’t have to crank up the TV or deal with annoying humming sounds—this system is as unobtrusive as it gets. In addition to cooling, the heat pump feature is a game changer for colder months. I’ve already used it to warm up the room on chilly nights, and it does the job just as well as it cools. Had this unit installed and it doesn't cool. There was no refrigent in the system or very little. After a vacuum was pulled and held for 45 minutes with the valve and pump was turned off the valve to the refrigerant was opened. Very little pressure was indicated. Everything on the unit come on but it does not cool.

I'm 70 and this was my first mini-split. The directions are almost nonexistent , but wiring diagram under power hook up gives all you need to know for hooking up supplied power lines that already had all the proper ends. I vacuumed down lines and turned on. Works great. Included some unexpected extras such as putty for wall, wrapping tape, connection shields, exterior wall hole shield. Lines are short (about 10') but are fine. Cools my sun room here in south Texas just great where 8K window unit was unable and now have the bonus of heat. Great value...
