I bought the 12000 btu 19 seer unit it works great! Was easy to install and is very quiet. Keeps my 2 car garage a comfotable 75° and removes the humidity. It took me about 2 hours to install the indoor and outdoor unit and run the line set. I would have been done sooner but running the electric took the most time, I wanted a designated outlet and breaker for the unit. you will have to evacuate the system. Auto Zone has a loner tool program that you can get a pump and guages from. You will need a mini split adaptor that you can get from Amazon for about $11.00. The unit comes pre charged with R-32 that is the new refrigerant that is replacing 134A. If you have a set of 134A guages they will work. As far as the line sets you can hand bend them but as with any soft copper take it slow and don't try to bend it to tight and go slow.

Coils were bent and dent in frame due to poor packaging. Copper line sets are so cheap and thin you can’t manipulate them even with a tubing bender. All the hardware is cheap and flimsy. I have installed many cheaper units but this one is by far the worst. Go ahead and spend another $200 and get quality stuff instead!
