Wow. I don't know where to start. I only write reviews on products that I think are definitely worth the review and here I am writing a review about a carpet cleaner which is 100% worth it in my opinion. I just don't know where to start. So, let's start with the fact that I have 2 rambunctious huskies, of course they love to play and roll around in the mud and dig. What dog doesn't? Am I right? 😆 My husband and I bought our 1st house and we had to have a new mattress because we just wanted to upgrade to a king. Right after we moved in, my huskies went and rolled around in the mud outside and what did they do? Jumped right on my mattress before my husband and I were able to get a good mattress cover. Fast forward to now and my mattress has gotten sooo muddy from them jumping on my bed. I've tried to clean it with different chemicals to different machines and to no avail, I've not been able to get it clean until I got this machine. Every other machine I've used just spread all the mud stains and made them bigger. The fast heating water option is such a HUGE plus. The water gets super hot which is what you need when cleaning stubborn stains like mud but make sure you put warm water in the tank. The self cleaning option for the machine itself to clean out the hose is also amazing. My last machine got so icky and nasty from not being able to clean out the hose but with this machine, I can do just that. I can clean all the nasty gritty water out of the hose and have it 100% clean again which I LOVE! In the attached pictures is a picture of just the corner of my bed that I cleaned to test the machine out...the other picture is what my bed looks like from all the mud on my bed from my dogs having a party on my bed after coming in from outside. This machine is going to have my bed FINALLY back to normal and clean like it's just been bought...this time...with a mattress cover. 😆 I've tried so hard to get my mattress clean and I have never been able to get it as clean as I have with this machine. I can't wait to do my entire house and all my furniture with this little beast. 😍. Best purchase ever! PSA. I've had this vacuum a year and the hose has split apart. I went back and looked at some more reviews about this vacuum and there are many negative reviews about it due to the hose splitting apart. I did reach out to the manufacturer and I recieved a brand new replacement hose. Even though this vacuum has flaws, it's still great. The manufacturer just wants your Amazon Order # and pictures of the hose being split apart if you decide to get a replacement through them. I did look online to see if I could by a new hose and no one had them so that's why I had to reach out to the manufacturer for a replacement but I did get a replacement.

Update 3/17/24: I reached out to the company about the broken hose and they will be sending me a replacement hose. I have to admit I was impressed with their quick response time. The machine itself is awesome and does a decent job. I like the fact that it heats up, which makes for better cleaning. Suction power is great and it is very easy to clean. I bought the TAB Carpet Cleaner specifically to clean outdoor patio furniture cushions and it does a good job. I have used the Tab machine 3 times and the hose broke! This appears to be a design flaw because the hose is not very flexible and bends right where the wand connects when storing the unit. So disappointing! Totally useless now! I want a refund!
