With this price tag, I hope it lasts. I have been using curling irons for decades, and have tried Revlon (hinge snagged my hair), Conair (new one is flimsy and doesn’t heat up enough compared to the one from my teens), TAIFF Curves (single fixed heat setting wasn’t hot enough for my stiff hair), CHI Spin and Curl (couldn’t capture the ends of my longer hair), L’Ange Airflow (get frizzy curls), and Bio Ionic (kept accidentally hitting the buttons on the handle during use). Most recently, I’ve been using Hot Tools, which gives me perfect curls, but got tired of that soft touch TPE coating degrading after a few years and turning the handle into a sticky mess. The spring on my most recent purchase broke after 4 months. After so many fails, this no longer seemed like an expensive option. Pros: 1) I love the extra long barrel. 2) Clasp is tight and grasps the entire bundle of hair. Nothing slips out. 3) Hinge is really well designed and doesn’t snag hair. The opening and closing motion is very smooth. 4) The blush color is really pretty. 5) It has a very long cord. 6) There is no soft touch TPE handle. 7) The highest setting is really hot. I have stiff straight hair, so I need high heat for my hair to hold a curl. Cons: 1) Oof, it’s heavy. However, this works well enough that it takes less time to get my whole head of hair curled, so the weight isn’t an issue for me. 2) There is no kickstand, so the iron is close to the counter when you set it down. It’s something a silicon mat will solve. 3) The inconsistent reviews on longevity is a concern at this price point. If this lasts, it’s the best iron I have ever owned. I like it so much, I ordered the 1.5 inch as well. I didn’t want the 3-barrel interchangeable set because I like having an extra long barrel.

This curling iron heats up quickly and can get very hot. The curls do last when I use this tool. The quality is amazing and the barrel is so smooth. I have straight to slightly wavy medium thick hair and my hair easily glides over the barrel. I had another curling iron that did not glide on my hair and I had to release the barrel so my hair would not burn. My hair is so shiny when I'm done.

Cons: Curls do not last even before you’re done curling your hair. I have fine hair but plenty. I have never had a curling iron where the curl falls before I’m finished doing my hair. I have to re-curl all my curls twice and spray hair quickly to “try” to get it to hold. Gets too hot on even the low setting. Not good for fine hair. Pros: heats quickly, can get very hot, probably better for thick coarse hair. Curling iron looks beautiful. Very sad I didn’t return it before the return window closed but I purchased it just after my mother passed away and got busy closing out her estate. - I have the hair dryer set and love it!

As someone who has gone through many curlers, here’s my take on the T3. I’ve had it for about 3 months and it’s safe to say that the quality is definitely there. This curler is not flimsy, it’s premium quality. I love the size I choose for the curls. I’ve used this product with thick extensions and without extensions and both curls hold up nicely. Takes less than 2 minutes to be ready to use. It’s easy to use, but I have to say this curler is a bit heavy. That is why I’m giving 4 stars.

Finally. I vowed to give up curling irons due to damage to my hair, but the costly air styler roller tools did not work well for me. I searched for a curling wand that was ceramic (check) had precise and varied temperature settings (check) and was reasonably priced (got this on sale). I am so happy with this product. I set it on level 4 (320 F) and it styled perfect curls and waves in my thick, coarse, hair which are holding beautifully. The nine settings range from 260 F to 410 F. The accompanying product info booklet lists the precise temperature settings which enabled me to select a precise low heat to prevent damage. I'm going to go even lower next time to see if it will still deliver these fantastic results. There is a 2 year warranty. There is an offer of an additional year of warranty if you register the product. I am so happy to find this product and hope switching from my old curling iron to this one will enable me to maintain healthy hair. I highly recommend this product. Well worth the cost. I really wish they would make an airstyling tool for medium to short hair (smaller diameter rollers or brush). Meanwhile, I'm going to stick with this more traditional curling tool for a polished look that holds up.

This curling iron works well and gives nice, long-lasting curls. However, it’s quite heavy, which can make it a bit uncomfortable to use for longer periods. Overall, good performance but could be more lightweight.

100% buy this! I went through 2 Brazilian Blowouts curling irons and was done spending a couple hundred dollars and got this for 100$ and it’s amazing! I have coarse long hair & it’s non damaging .. just buy it … you’ll be glad you did!
