Feels slightly cool to the touch, which is a nice feature though not why we bought it. Definitely has a nice pillowy squish to make our mattress more comfortable. SO was regretting getting a spring mattress and having back pain, but this topper has reduced that discomfort significantly. Took a gamble and have been very satisfied thus far (approx 3 weeks in).

Absolutely love this pillow topper and have bought it in multiple sizes. It is machine washable but I would caution you on how you put it in your washer. We put the stretchy sides in first to the back of the washer, other wise they will catch on the front seal of our front load washer and rip. Other than that minor inconvenience it washes great. It makes our beds feel a little more luxurious.

This mattress pad is very comfortable !! Great quality. However, for those buying a king size it will not fit in your washer. I tried washing it in my larger capacity washer and it was a catastrophe. So I took it to a local laundry mat and used the 80lb washers/dryer which worked well. Save yourself a nightmare. But otherwise very happy with purchase.

I really lucked out on this purchase. Order a queen size. I was worried that it wouldn't fit since I have a 3" memory foam topper on my regular mattress but it fits perfectly. The extra thickness of the mattress cover is very comfortable. It's like sleeping on a cloud. Does not pop off like some other mattress covers. All in all I really like it especially for the price.

If you are a hot sleeper do not read this review and think "Oh this guy is just picky". You will end up buying it and getting too hot just like I did. This cover feels good to sleep on but the bamboo viscose is a gimmick because it's only on the top cover. As soon as your body heat hits the polyester filling the cool feeling of the bamboo will be gone and it'll be sitting there all night trapping body heat underneath you. If they had used wool or even more bamboo as a filler this might be a superior product. They could have also made the pockets so that the filling could be easily replaced with natural fibers, but they didn't - you'd have to cut the pockets and sew them back. As-is it's still a good mattress cover as long as you're not a hot sleeper. Heat retention: It retains a lot of heat. Do not buy if you are a hot sleeper. Comfort: It is very comfortable except that it gets too hot for hot sleepers.
