I bought these pots and pans to use with a cooktop stove. hoping they would live up to previous reviews. I prefer cooking in stainless steel, even though food always sticks to the surface. I never leave stuck-on food to sit in the pan. It is not terribly difficult to clean, even with hot water alone. This set looks nice and shiny. The weight feels durable enough for me. The pans have that magnetic bottom layer expected for induction cookware. It heats up much faster than previously owned ones without it. However, non-stick it is not. The sausage and egg I fried in this small pan stuck like glue right away and started to burn quickly even with an oil coating. (I probably had the heat too high.) What I expect of stainless steel. Overall, I am satisfied with the set and plan to keep it. I'll just try lowering the heat to prevent sticking. ... show more

My hubby is the greatest omelette maker in the world. Always light and fluffy and delicious. However in this new skillet it sticks to the bottom every time. So needless to say half of the breakfast is stuck to the bottom of the frying pan - that is now soaking in the sink awaiting clean up. . . Yes he uses non-stick spray and NO it doesn't help. . . Looking for a great non-stick frying pan that is non-toxic and hopefully made in USA if possible. ... show more

Very easy to clean, the coating is amazing for non stick no need for butter or oil. One of my pans came with a scratch on the surface and the flat pan has a high corner.
