After retiring at age 61 I took up cooking. I am 83 now. I have tried a variety of pans during the time span. I bought this set just a few days ago and have use on or more of them making daily meals. Last night I used all three in making dinner. I can say that these pans are fabulous. They heat evenly across the entire bottoms and they stay flat unlike thinner bottomed pans. They are sturdy but not heavy. The titanium surface eliminates sticking, and cleans up easily. the 8, 10, 12 inch sizes really are excellent options for cooking almost anything one would cook on a stovetop. I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm extremely happy or extremely upset. With these pans, I am over the moon happy! These are literally THE best pans I've ever bought in my life. I used to not cook much at home, but these pans changed all that for me. I use them almost daily now and have greatly expanded my cooking skills bcuz of these pans. They heat evenly, nothing sticks, and cleaning is effortless. They are very durable and are definitely a great value for the money.     • AWESOME SKILLETS!

These are much lighter than my current ones and have silicone grips, both of which I really like, as well as being very reasonably-priced. Be advised, though, they don't come with lids, thought they did, but that was my mistake, misread the description. They truly are slick, and non-stick, best I've ever seen, but I do recommend a few things, to maintain and even enhance their durability. 1) Season them with vegetable, canola or another high-smoke oil before you first use them-after gently washing them, put 2 tablespoons of oil in the bottom, spreading over the whole surface and sides (a small, soft brush works great, I used a silicone one), and stovetop heat on medium for 4 minutes; remove from heat, and when a little cooler, wipe all the oil off with a soft paper towel, then either re-wash gently, or put away, as is. 2) Always hand wash with a soft sponge (not the abrasive side); don't put them in a dishwasher, as it's totally uneccessary, all food residue practically slides out on its own, with just a sponge. 3) Use wooden or silicone utensils only (description says you can use metal, but every review and recommendation I've read has said it's much safer for the finish, if you don't, same with using a diswasher). If they begin to lose their non-stick properties, you should just re-season them to renew it, as you can do this as many times as you like, no limit. I love these skillets, just hope they last a long time, with the good care I've denoted. ... show more

It is a great set of pans. I read most of the reviews and I use a small amount of fat when frying eggs, they don’t stick to pan. We cooked a NY Skirt steak but wanted to grill but it decided to snow. So we tried the pan & the steak came out great with nice browning. The only problem I have with the pan is waiting for the middle to turn totally red. I read the instructions & it’s the outside circle that turns totally red, right? I cannot see any difference in the red between cold and hot. So I do it the way I always do to check a hot pan. I put a small drop of water on the pan and if the water dances around, it’s hot. I have cooked different dishes with the pans and I am very impressed. I have purchased other pans that cost much more & always ended throwing them out and buying new expensive pans. I never expected T-Fal having a very good pan. They are heavy, not as heavy as my cast iron, but I still need two hands for the larger one to lift. I love that they are deep, that I can put the pan & food into the oven to finish cooking & clean up is a breeze. When my pots need changing I will check out T-Fal. ... show more

    • So far I Like these pans! Update 2/27/25
Size: 3-Piece
1/22/25 I love the hard anodizing on the outer pan. the inside is a teflon based coating. Like: The pan is a good weight and it heats up very quickly and cools quickly. Decent quality. There are NO lids but most of my pans lids fit ok when needed. 3 sizes is handy. Easy to clean. Bottoms are real flat so far and most cheaper pan the bottoms distort and cook unevenly. Like not so much: The handles. they are a silicone based rubber and although very comfortable get a bit slick from oils. By experience with rubber is that they will swell and have issues BUT time will tell. so far they are ok. The teflon. The coatings on other pans scratch eventually. I belived the inside would have been a anodized coat when ordering. Will update! 2/27/25 We use thes mostly daily and they have been super. I do anticipate some wear will occur lke every teflon pan will and get sticky. We like them ... show more

    • Great pans and not disposable like so many other pans

We really have enjoyed cooking in these pans and decided to buy another set just for our RV. These pans are well made and fry foods so well. They brown meat well and fry up potatoes crispy. These pans aren't "disposable" like other pans. We've been purchasing replacement pans every year because the surface starts to stick or peel. The nonstick surface on the T-Fal pans holds up really well and we haven't had any issues with these pans and have been using them for 8 months almost daily. ... show more
