Absolutely fantastic TV! I’ve never had an actual outdoor TV and what a difference! The picture is way brighter than indoor TVs and the sound is audible without turning it all the way up. I purchased an outdoor rated Furrion first because the price was better but quickly discovered it was not smart, had black lines on the screen right out of the box and the remote felt like I would break it if I pushed a button. Immediately repackaged it and returned it. I found this TV after more research and pulled the trigger. After unpackaging, the set up took about 10 minutes and another 10 to mount it. Picture is very sharp and crystal clear, sound quality is fine for my usage (sports, NASCAR, and basic TV). TV and remote both feel very sturdy and appear to be high quality. Amazing picture quality no matter what it’s like outside! I put the tv on a rolling stand so that I can move it around my yard but I do have issues with WiFi connectivity- I’ve tried boosters from our internet provider and purchased a separate booster from Amazon and it works better but not great in all areas. I received my tv just after Xmas and as I was busy I did not install it for about a week after. I had used the amazon special delivery and they had unpacked the tv and carried away the packing material. When I mounted the tv I immediately noticed a screen defect in the screen and it was not very good. I contacted the company via email and got and got a response within minutes. I sent pics of the issue and they immediately agreed to replace the tv, and they shipped out a new one the next day. They followed up after the tv arrived to check that I was satisfied. Extremely happy with my decision to purchase this tv. Picture is great even in the sun. Easy set up and screen cast is very easy especially since Xfinity doesn’t have an app in google play. Highly recommend this tv. The 1st and second pic were taken 3/16 with overcast sky. Last was taken 3/18 with a sunny day. Even the partial sun tv looks great. ... show more

We bought this TV in July 2023, and it sat in its box for almost a year because we had just moved and we hadn’t yet setup our outdoor space. We finally set it up, loved it, and it stopped working after about two weeks. We woke up one morning and the TV was flashing white at the bottom of the screen, nothing else. I emailed customer service asking if there was anything they could do, and they quickly replied and worked with me to get a replacement sent to us within a week of my initial email. They have been so kind and helpful, and followed up to make sure the new TV works. They sent a shipping label and we will pack up the old tv in the new tv’s box and send it back on its way at no cost to us. It took a long time to receive the tv and when we finally received the tv, the color is all off. We emailed with customer service and they had us download a fix that did not fix the color. They said they would send us another tv and we had to somehow return the original tv. The new tv still has the color off. Everyone's faces are red and the green is off. The color is terrible and now we missed the window to receive a refund. We now have 2 expensive tvs, will have to return one, and we are stuck with an expensive tv that has an awful picture.
