It's a great little worker machine 👍 We used it to trim some smaller branches higher up on a medium sized tree and to cut down little trees around the yard, it worked great. I had never heard of SunJoe and they have quite a few comptitors. I chose them for a Telescoping Pole Saw because of the 2 year warranty. The box that it came in looked like someone had retaped it after opening it, so I returned the package and immediately SunJoe sent out another one. That package also looked retaped, however I opened it anyway and everything was in order. (It was indeed a new item, not repackaged.) I was very impressed with how well the Pole Saw was made. For the price, I was expecting much less quality. The instructions that came with the Pole Saw were very easy to understand and no doubt written by an english speaking person.
