It is a beautiful chair. It feels lovely. It looks amazing. It was super easy to assemble. It isn’t super heavy but has weight to it. It is firm but not uncomfortable and not too soft that you’ll have a hard time getting up. I wish the back was a little higher up but nothing a few more pillows can’t solve. Needed something for the living room that wasn't, you know, just a couch. It's definitely a substantial chair, like, you can really sink into it. The ottoman's a nice touch for putting your feet up after a long day. The fabric is...soft, I guess. Not the fanciest material I've ever seen, but it's comfortable enough. The cushioning is decent; it's not like you're sitting on a cloud, but it's not rock hard either. It's a big chair, which is good for lounging. The fact that it doesn't spin doesn't bother me, but I can see how that might be a deal-breaker for some people. It's just kind of... there. It's not the most stylish piece of furniture I've ever owned, but it's functional. If you're looking for something that's comfortable and won't break the bank, this is probably worth considering.
