First - these are absolutely NOT grapewood; they are just sticks of random wood with bark still attached. I was disappointed when they arrived, they were very small and had no unique shape to them—they literally were just 2 straight sticks with no branches or anything. The wood and the package they came in was FULL of dirt and even after washing and heat treating them they still introduced wood mites into my enclosures. They ended up becoming covered in mold after about a week and I had to just throw them out. If you're looking for wood to use for reptiles - THIS IS NOT IT. ... show more

I upgraded my Crested Gecko's cage recently and needed more decor. I really love these sticks and they are sturdy enough for a good sized gecko to climb on comfortably. It makes the interior of his environment that much more true to life. Would recommend for anyone with medium to small sized lizards. ... show more

Unlike the majority of the reviews and recommendation the product was given, I used this for my tree frogs. And they’re great! If you use them for a land terrarium they work better than the reviews for aquatic use. FYI, the color is much darker than it is shown in the pictures, not much of a concern otherwise! ... show more

These branches arrived so covered in mold and mildew that everything else in the shipment box now smells like mildew and is covered in powder. I am SO happy I opened the box on my porch and not inside my house because as soon as I removed the bubble wrap packaging an enormous plume of mold/mildew spores burst out all over myself and everything within 3 feet of me. It makes it worse that I’m allergic to mold/mildew and am now experiencing a pretty severe reaction, probably due to the sheer volume of mold/mildew. I initially considered returning them for a refund but I don’t even want to deal with having to package them back up. That’s how disgusting it is. Horribly disappointing. Now everything else in the shipment box has to be sanitized and wiped down before I can even bring it inside. ... show more

I bought the 13-15 inch long ones and they were both 12 inches..... I was going to return them but I found part off a real tree and I have a black hide that I put this product on so it can reach the basking light and have made it all work. I definitely think it's best to see it in real life at a pet store or to get one from outside and clean it than it is to buy one online ... show more
