Weak, cheap wood that gives no security to the structure. It comes with mainly screws instead of bolts which bend easily in the soft Chinese Cedar. We sent it back before completing assembly because there was no way it would be safe for kids to play on this play set. Would definitely NOT recommend it. ... show more

Let me start by saying wow a lot of parts. I wish someone had explain how to start to save time. You must and I repeat must empty all the boxes first and categorize all of the wood parts second take the time can't stress this enough find all the bags that has screws and bolts put all of the same screws in Ziploc bags and label them what they are. You will spend way too much time double checking the skew numbers and going back in trying to measure. It's worth the time to do this for example have a bag that says "1-1/2 inch deck screws". This will save you hours comma because not all of the hardware that goes to a particular section is in that section box you will find them in a bag in another box within another box. That's why I say take the time to open every box and lay out every part once you've done this it's actually not too hard and you can just follow the instructions step by step. It will take two men about two to three days working four to five hours a day. But the finished product is absolutely gorgeous great quality and your kids will enjoy it for years to come my boys absolutely love it they are two and 4 and weigh about 25 + 35 pounds respectively. Definitely worth the money if you want to take the time to assemble yourself. Good luck and happy building ... show more

    • Assembly Takes a While
There are a lot of steps to put this together and it took approximately 10 hours to assemble. Some hardware was missing but nothing major and there was extra wood pieces upon completion. My son is 6 and absolutely loves it. Hopefully he will get lots of years out of playing on it.

The was a great investment for my little ones. ages two and four. They absolutely loved it. because I'm a home renter not owner swing-N-Slide without have not dig up and placing anything permanent on someone else property. Yet, it is still stable and secure for my children to play on. Now instead of driving to a park with is a few miles away for them to play they can play in the comfort and safety of our backyard as I sent on the porch drinking Ice tea watching them. ... show more

To start this set looks amazing and looks like a great set up for the kids. The downfall was the soft wood that you had to predrill to avoid cracking. The screws that went with the set was all jumbled up and you had to measure what screws went where. The instructions and pictures in the instructions were useless and very misleading at times due to the wrong views. It took a crazy amount of time to assemble everything due to the measuring and the misleading predrill holes that were in the wood. Putting together the slides are a nightmare due to the holes for the bolts not lining up. Some of the boards were warped. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is because it looks great after finishing and that I had fun with my dad figuring out this abesmle play set. Looks great! My daughter and I have been having fun putting it together little bit by little bit past couple of months, finally finished it. It is a great playground, really a lot of fun. Reason only 3 stars: 1. All of the wood is pine wood, not well treated for weather outdoors. This means that it will last a few years, and then start falling apart. 2. There were parts of the design that I disagreed with for strength, and found myself occasionally purchasing additional hardware, concrete and other supplies to strengthen the structure. It is fine if you just have 50lb kids or less, but once you throw 10+ year old and adults that climb up to help little ones, the structure wasn't really made as it was designed to hold quite that well. Additionally to the design, there were times that the structure had you using screws that were too long, and therefore stuck out for kids to snag and hurt themselves on. The instructions were also not always very clear, there were walls that were literally in 3 different places depending on the picture you were looking at. 3. I have never seen anything like this not send extra hardware in the event that a screw gets stripped. I had to go to the store to replace stripped screws several times as well. ... show more

The Playground looks nice but when I received my product I was very unsatisfied. The material of the wood was soft & wood pieces were split & cracked. The instructions were missing pages. The instructions were not in order with the steps. The hardware was missing lots of parts. The hardware labels did not match any of the instructions given. We were very upset to have to look online for instructions because my instructions were missing pages. I do not recommend this product to anyone! ... show more
