I’m not good with tools, and a model that mounted on a wall was too much for me. I was able to view a video, and while there were some hiccups, I got it together by myself. It’s not especially sturdy, but it’s not hard to move and for the money, I’m pleased. The net tore almost immediately, but I can live with that. I am updating the review, about six months later. I thought the base of the unit wasn't sufficiently weighted, so I set a 40-pound bag of salt on it, which I ended up using during a snowstorm. When the weather warmed up, a strong wind blew the unit over and bent the hoop beyond repair. I tried calling two numbers the company provided, but no one answered, and when I tried to leave a message, the mailboxes were full. However, I sent an e-mail, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a quick response. They only required the order number and a picture of the damaged piece, and they sent me a replacement, no charge and no additional requirements. This is our second one. We bought this for our grandson for Christmas. We feel the bottom up with water but it's still blew over and broke and bent it up. Contacted Amazon they said to send it back and they sent us a new one. Great job Amazon. This time we feel the full of cement

Big hit with the whole family and so much fun and creates space for quality time. I would suggest not using water and instead fill with sodium polymer I believe it's called because it adds weight and avoids mold issues. I think it's built well and has adjustable height for the tall and short. I like how it looks as well 😊 ... show more

This is a great basketball hoop. It was easy to assemble and seems sturdy. One major problem is the base leaks quite a bit of water. I’ve had it for a week and it’s time to refill the base. Adjusting the height seems like it will be a process but it’s something I don’t expect to have to do anytime soon. Overall, I would recommend this hoop to someone if they don’t mind refilling the base frequently and to someone who would need to adjust the height on a frequent basis. ... show more

The hoop was exactly as stated and took very little time to assemble. While the height is adjustable, it does required time to adjust bolts for the desired height. Grandkids loved the hoop. The wheels cracked after relocating the hoop up the driveway, but their customer service replaced the wheels promptly. ... show more

    • Decent hoop, but doesn’t stay up.
Decent hoop for the price, easy to assemble. Only complaint is that it falls over even with base filled with sand. Twice now it has fallen over with a little gust of wind and now hoop is bent and the paint is flaking off. Haven’t found replacement yet.

Very disappointed. The bottom base is too small so if you have this extended all the way to 10 ft it constantly blows over. Ours now is completely unusable bc the orange rim is smashed closed. We’ve definitely not had it long enough for this to be completely smashed. My 11 yo bought it with her own money. 😢 ... show more
