Very useful beyond expectations
I went with an inexpensive (vs new, latest model prices) refurbished series 10 with GPS and cellular because I wasn’t sure I would use many of the functions and features of an Apple watch. As a matter of fact, I hadn’t worn a regular watch for over 10 years because I always just looked at the time on my phone. I initially purchased this watch to measure steps, gym activity, and health metrics. Using it these past few months, I have found it much more beneficial than my initial needs dictated. The low-key guidance it provides when using Google maps is fantastic.Different beeps for right or left and vibrations for upcoming turns make navigating by feel and sound extremely easy. Sleep, monitoring, exercise prompts, phone calls, Apple Pay, Bluetooth to headphones or earbuds, syncing with your iPhone, fantastic functionality and layout… the entire experience has been eye-opening beyond measure. Easily swapping between different watch faces and having those faces customized with different apps in the corners has been very useful as well. The method for swapping watch straps is also well engineered. Swapping between silicone, leather and metal straps is a breeze. The number of apps and the functionality of them on such limited screen space is a testament to great design and engineering everywhere. The battery life is very good (I typically charge it once a day for 2 hours in the afternoon). The face is quite scratch resistant, but with the number of screen protectors and watch face covers available, this isn’t really an issue anyway. The screen is well lit and can easily be read in all but the sunniest or brightest of environments (and then a cupped hand works wonders anyway). It also is quite smart and conserves battery by dimming or shutting the face down when you’re not looking at it. Raise your arm to view the face (or just turn it towards your face as your arm rests in your lap) and it suddenly brightens up. 10/10 the screen and body if the watch is flawless and looks brand new. The battery life is 100% with no degradation. It’s great value for the cost considering the normal msrp is nearly double this at launch. So glad I upgraded!
I had a very very old Apple Watch so this was the upgrade that I needed! It’s definitely more intricate and has more options as far as faces and I like that it has a sleep monitoring option. I’m very excited about it and can’t wait to put it to good use.

This watch is awesome
I know I bought a refurbished watch. And I know it’s an older one. But dang, I didn’t realize how well I was gonna get used to this. So far, I like the fit in the comfort and I picked out the color because I really didn’t want to go pink. Ha ha ha ha. I like the way this watch mirrors my phone. Now I did cut out some of the features between the two because a new battery life could be a problem with these watches. So far, I’ve had it on for three days without recharging it. I know other people who have owned these watches. They usually charge them up every other day or every day. I also like the size of the watch face. I don’t have the largest wrist in the world and this size works well. I’ve been an apple phone user for well over 15 years. But this is the first watch that I bought and I’m glad I did. ... show more

Be mindful to purchase from an authorized seller
The watch works great, and I really like the camera feature. It's market priced for this watch, so buying via Amazon didn't reduce the pricing. It's relative easy to set up and use and connected great with my iPhone. the appearance is sleek. Initially, I had issues with the battery life, but that was because the seller sent an off brand charger. Once I purchased an actual apple watch charger, the battery lasted as advertised. Solid design and easy to live with
Perfect size for me. I wanted the larger face to make the screen easier for me to read during runs but without feeling bulky. This watch does both while having decent battery life. Always on screen is vibrant and the different screens let me pick different styles depending on what I’m doing. Several months later and my screen is still scratch free. So great watch overall. I’m not a fan of the sleep score as it gives too much weight to how close to your bedtime you actually go to sleep. So I’ll get a high score for going to bed on time even if I don’t sleep for very long. I still sleep with it on because I prefer waking up to the haptic “taps” on my wrist to my loud phone.
