A very nice product. The instructions are brief and not clear, but it can be figured out. Extremely satisfied. One note, is this company took extra special care to package it well. It was accidentally dropped by the shipper when handing it to my husband. But it was in perfect shape and did not affect the function. I am very impressed with this choice. My only frustration is the ice melts too soon when put in with a warm drink. But it makes ice fairly quick and works well! Very impressed with this company and the care in packaging products. Great I’ve Mallet! Works good and was super helpful when camping! I will use this winter in my house for extra ice when we have gatherings! The little ice setting is way too small. The bigger ice setting is tiny little cubes but they are a perfect size. The smallest setting there wasn’t hardly a cube at all.

Works exactly like the description. Has two different size of cubes. Very quiet so you don't hear it running. It doesn't keep ice frozen for long. Need to dump it immediately. Kind of slow and doesn't have a big water reservoir.

I have been using this for about a week now and honestly for $50 its absolutely WORTH IT!! it makes ice so quick and is so convenient!. I was on a budget so i didn't expect much but this blew my expectations away! every time you need to refill just get some bottles of water and fill it up to the max fill line and that's it. for the water capacity It takes a quarter gallon to be full. I feel safe consuming the ice because its clean! Would definitely get another if i ever need. It was a little heavy taking it out the box and setting it up but that doesn't matter for me because its just sitting in one spot, also for the size its compact like a mini cooler. It works so well and if i ever need cleaning done it also has a self cleaning option which is neat. Also if you're thinking that its going to need constant refills then think again, i have a family of 4 and we use it 3 times a day and we had to refill it after 3 full days of use. it runs 24/7 and whenever the wife wants me to sleep on the couch i wouldn't have a problem with it because its not loud at all!

The color we chose was black. To clean is simple, you pop open the plug under the machine (OVER THE SINK!) to empty the remaining water out, then wipe out the collection area with a paper towel. The noise level is not bad, I can still hear it to keep track of when it goes quiet because the ‘basket’ is full. I can make 10, 1gal size freezer bags of ice in 3 days. It is very easy to use. The ice tastes as good as the water you put in it. For our kitchen, this was the best choice for color and size. Yes it takes time and needs to be monitored, but it works for us and usually the 10, 1 gal size bags, last us a month. Definitely better than using ice trays repeatedly and the ice actually fits in the cups/containers. There is a ‘Fill line’ where the water goes, when filled to that line, the first 2 runs (18 cubes), will be sitting in water and melting, highly suggest to fill just under that line so the catch basket is not sitting in the water. For the price we paid, this was well worth what we paid. To the maker only two recommendations: 1. When the basket is full of ice before reaching the sensors, it needs a beep or alarm or some kind of noticeable sound. 2. A bigger water compartment/ice basket.

This ice maker produces ice, which is a plus. However, the small size of the ice cubes is quite disappointing—the small cubes are truly tiny, and the large ones are barely larger than a fingertip. The ice bucket isn’t large enough to hold a significant amount before the ice starts melting and sticking together. We've been vigilant about keeping it running, but overall, it’s just not a good ice maker. Out of several models I've used, this one is the worst so far. Additionally, the noise level is higher than most other units, which can be quite disruptive. NOTE: after owning it for several months, it's very difficult to clean. The water intake in the bottom makes it virtually impossible to clean due to little nooks you can't get to. Dumb design.

It makes ice quickly but doesn't keep it frozen, so it just melts and it makes more. Seems to run all the time. Guess you have to bag up whats made and keep in freezer since the tray is very small
