I’ve been using this for a few days now and it’s excellent. The hydraulic pump is top-notch—very smooth lifting and absolutely no leaks. The handle design makes it much more comfortable to maneuver than my previous one. Also, the wheels are great; they are quiet, wear-resistant, and don't leave marks on the floor. It feels built to last. Highly recommended!

Handle does not stay or lock in the vertical position. Takes up more space when storing. Works ok, lifts, moves and does it's job - Just annoying to pick up the handle each time you want to use it.
