I went through a big ordeal. I worried how I was going to get it set up after I couldn't have the delivery men put it together. Nothing they did.....logistics on my end (I did paid extra for that service) Anyway, I had a friend come over, we opened the box to find the whole bed put together as one piece. The legs came in 2 boxes that were neatly tucked into an elastic sleeve attached to the underside. The wire harness was all together also neatly attached to the bed. I literally spent more time trying to find the right batteries and install them into the remote!! Oh! and one metal piece that holds the mattress from falling off the bottom when moving it. But that's after it is right side up. There was one thing that I made more difficult than it should have been. The actual transformer that works with the wiring harness needs to be plugged into the underneath, then the remote and transformer need to meet each other to calibrate the system. You just take the remote (after batteries are in it.) Just press any button while holding the remote close to it and it blinks and that's it!! Flip the bed over... it's heavy.. that's why you need another person! Try it out!

Smooth running and feels sturdy. With the right mattress, should make for a very good night sleep. The lighting from the USB ports was too bright (and blue!) and i want total darkness. I disconnected the USB plugs but really don't need them anyway. They are low power plugs so do not support modern fast charging equipment. I'm not letting this effect my star count because its not relevant to the main purpose of the bed. Its just fluff. "Installation" Was unbelievably easy. Other commenters mentioned the weight. Yes its heavy. That's because it is sturdy. I was able to put it together by myself. This is NOT recommended unless you are extremely healthy and fairly strong. I did need help getting it inside. You might consider getting some kind of side mattress keeper. The mattress I have anyway does tend to drift a bit. Haven't done this yet. If you are going to get a headboard, get a wall mounted one. There's no connection on this bed for frame mounted headboards.

Easy to assemble and very solid/stable -- given its weight, anticipate needing two people to get it assembled and in position without any problems. The base isn't too heavy, in my opinion--it's just heavy enough to be unwieldy if you don't have a partner to help you maneuver it safely. That said, the extra weight translates into a solid base that provides a sense of security in using it. The wireless remote has worked just fine in raising and lowering the different parts of the base, and any adjustments have been made smoothly and quietly. Had no problem at all fitting two Twin XL bases into our king-size bedframe with both leg pieces for each leg. Hard to beat this option for the money unless you have your heart set on having a massaging feature, too.

Haven't actually tried it out due to the mattress not coming at the same time. I went ahead and set up the frame. Everything i needed was in the middle of the frame and didn't take long to set up. I tried it out to make sure it works and it was very quiet when i moved it up and down. Hopefully it will be the same whenever i finally receive the mattress and put weight on it. I also like the charging port underneath it.

It works as well as units sold by major mattress chains but at a fraction of the price. I do not recommend you try assembling this by yourself. It's definitely a two (or more) person job. It is heavy and hard to handle. I worked for a mattress store, do I have experience handling things like this and it was still a handful.

So far so good !! I bought it for my moms B Say she turned 92 , so far she is liking it a lot , we just had to unscrew the legs to make it a bit lower for the fact her mattress is a bit on the thick side , but so far everything is working out great ! Thinking of one for myself now too 😊

What you see is what get. It works. Legs and upper half both adjust. It has a very mild led light eminating from either side underneath, which are the usb charging port lights. The only complaint is you cant save your adjustments, ie you cant program a pre determined position. For the price, it delivers exactly what it describes. Great value for sure.
