Received both boxes on seperate days. Although the boxes were a bit beat up nothing inside was damaged. The bed frame setup was really easy. Just attach the legs, plug in the power and put the bar that goes at the end of the bed on. Mattress expanded quickly and I was concered that the mattress was too soft. I have slept now on in for about 1 week and I really like it. I seem to get better sleep. THe adjusting of the bed frame is great as well. Legs for the bed can be modified to a height that you like. The frame and mattress are pretty heavy. Cost was great compared to others. Remote has alot of functionality built in and also allows for individual adjustment and memory. Definately one you should look at if you are considering it.

My husband and I both have back issues, have been trying to find a bed/mattress that would work for both of us for over a year and up until I purchased this one, we were unsuccessful. This bed is so incredibly comfortable and we absolutely love the split mattresses, now we can each be independently comfortable, but still be in the same bed/room! The frames are very heavy, but the overall set up was super easy and the mattresses are amazing!! We are soooo pleased that we decided to purchase this bed!!

My husband and I have been talking about getting a different mattress - even though the one we had was only a few years old. He had horrible back problems and I snore like a lumberjack. I used to sleep on a wedge or with multiple pillows - but with my neck issues - that just wasn't a good option. To this point - either I slept great - yet kept him up or he slept great and I didn't. We even joked that we now understand why our grandparents slept in different bedrooms. Well - that just wasn't an option - so we started looking into an adjustable bed. Budget was a big issue - but so was comfort. We ordered as part of black friday and got it in a little over a week later. Set up wasn't too bad - it was very simple - yes - it will take two people to move it around - but that is to be expected. The bed looked very well made - stitching and mechanicals were great. The matresses were very comfortable. The first night we had it was so fun. Of course we had to try out all of the features. It was like having the most comfortable recliner in your bedroom. It did take a few nights to get used to the new matress - I like it softer - and my husband prefers more firm - so I just added a mattress pad. We purchased the split king and it has been amazing. We have been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks now and no complaints. It helps with my husbands back - and even has a preset anti-snore feature which is perfect. The comfort level is amazing. I am so glad we purchased this bed. I feel like it is sturdy and well made and hope that it will last us a very long time. Zero smell when unpackaging. Highly recommend.

Incredible and most comfortable bed! After a traumatic foot injury and surgery, I used this bed for the past 3 months to recover. The mattress was perfect and the mechanisms worked smoothly. Cannot praise this bed enough. It truly was a life saver!

I give it 4/5 because of you get the split king, the beds do gap while you're sleeping. Comfort, ease of assembly, quality, everything else is worth the money. We got quoted 6-10 grand for an adjustable bed. I said ummmm no. And found this one. Very comfy and worth the money!

We were a little afraid of purchasing this but very pleased with it. You definitely need 2 people to get it in the house. But it was simple to assemble (minimal assembly) and it is comfortable. The adjustable head and feet features are relaxing and relieving to stressed muscles. And there are 3 different massage level intensity's with the option to do only head or feet or both. The light underneath is just the right glow at night. My husband does say it is a little softer than he likes but it is perfect for me and that's all that matters.....lol. All in all I recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable adjustable bed.

We really like the bed. For the price it's everyting that you could want. There are 3 minor areas for improvement. 1) We could not find 'white glove' service for assembly or hauloff, even though both Amazon and the company website said that it was available, so we had to find and hire a somewhat pricey third party vendor to do it for us. Being old and infirm it was far too heavy to attempt to do on our own. 2) When purchasing a split king bed, the default should be individual control with each remote, not 'synchronized' for both beds. It took 30 minutes, two different sets of instructions that gave different instructions, a trip to Gemini AI and some trial and error to get each remote to control it's own bed and not both simultaneously. 3) It's not the company's fault, but the chosen shipper suddenly dumped the product at our garage door, without sending email or text updates or knocking on the door, 3 DAYS EARLIER THAN stated to expect. We didn't have the strength to move thes super heavy boxes, rain was coming, and our third-party assembler was not obligated to do the movement/assembly haul off 3 days early. Nightmarish. But despite these valid concerns (and the one potentially disastrous, as the bed could have been stolen or ruined by rain), I still give the bed 5 stars for features, comfort and quality. If we weren't so old and disabled people with nobody to help us, it wouldn't have been such a concern how it worked out.
