When I tell you this was my dream bed it was. I loved this bed so much. And it pains me that I had to leave it once my ex and I split. It would have cost a lot to travel it 6 hours away. I’m a travel nurse and it helped my pain so much. When I say I love this bed more than my ex, that’s saying a lot. Everything worked like a dream. The mattress was perfect med soft. The controls helped my inflammation and swelling on hard shifts doing bedside nursing. My dream is to get this bed back again. And it will be the first thing I purchase again once I’m don’t travel nursing next year.

We have been sleeping on this for about 7 weeks now. We really have enjoyed this bed. We have had some adjustment to the split King setup and I am not totally sold on the crease in the center. That is not a problem with the manufacturing or the bed itself but with the style in general. We have put it through its paces and really like all of the settings. The remotes came already paired with their individual side of the bed but there is a sync button inline with the power cable in the event that it needed it. The three different vibration levels are sufficient for just a light amount up to a real good rumble and is nice after a long day sometimes. The under the bed lighting is very nice and puts out plenty of light to see where you are going without disturbing the other person. My local delivery company wasn't very flexible with delivery and my wife had a last minute trip out of town so I had asked about delivery the following week but they would only allow 72 hours on their dock before automatically returning the bed. I opted to take a day off of work to receive the shipment. The driver was supposed to drop at the curb but since the driveway is paved and flat he just rolled it straight into the garage for us. The assembly consists of adding the legs to the bottom of the bed, adding the mattress retention stop at the foot, and plugging it in. Be prepared by having 9v batteries on hand (2 for each side), I wasn't sure what they were for since the bed is plugged in but guessing it may be power to lower the bed if their was a power outage so it isn't stuck in some position other than level. The bed came on a pallet with the two mattresses on top all strapped together. The unboxing was extremely easy by opening as a clam shell and simply removing the bed and folding it out. There were two boxes inside that had the parts and the remote controls, with the owners manual. This fit directly into our existing bed frame with the cross supports removed. I will say that we have a pretty high foot board that is flush with the mattresses so making the top sheet up with the retention elements and foot board in the way is a bit difficult. Getting the fitted sheets over the center top corner of each mattress is also a bit difficult but not a problem unless you have mobility issues. On night 2 the cross member that lifts the upper half of the bed separated due to a bad weld. Two pops and it was done. I believe that the first weld failed passing the all of the load to the other side causing that side to fail. I got out of bed and wrote to them immediately late that evening. I was contacted first thing in the morning. They were very apologetic but I understood that sometimes there are bad welds since I have worked in manufacturing before for many years. They had me send pictures and the serial number and processed a replacement shipment for that half immediately. They also had the white glove delivery and installation at no cost to me. They came in and packed up the broken unit and put the new one in and tested it and made sure I was satisfied before leaving. I couldn't have asked for a better response from the seller or the white glove service people. As you can see by my star rating we very much like the bed and would recommend this. We may eventually go to a solid king versus the split just to get rid of the seem in the middle. It is possible to sync the two units for using a non-split mattress.

I am not dissatisfied with the mattress but have been to a firm mattress. I am adjusting well to the one that came with the bed. I set the bed assembly on my existing storage bed base.

Hello! I waited a couple months to submit my review. My husband and I are very pleased with our new split king adjustable bed by Sven & Son. We had a traditional mattress for over 10 years. We decided that our next purchase would be an adjustable bed. We are so happy we made that decision. We sleep so much better because we were able to elevate our head which alleviates snoring and neck pain! We did not purchase the white glove set up. I do recommend paying the extra money and having someone else set the bed up if you are alone or elderly. The frames and mattresses are delivered right to your door. They are very heavy. It takes two people to carry them into the house and set the bed up. The instructions were easy and we did not have any problems. Use caution when opening the mattresses as they are vacuum sealed. be careful not to cut into the mattress fabric while you are opening them and stand back because the plastic pops when all the air is removed. It took about 48 hours for them to rise to their fullness. The mattresses are a little stiff for the first couple weeks. We purchased a medium soft and we feel like they are perfect now! We love our bed and the quality and have no regrets. The remote control takes a little bit to get used to but works nicely too. I was a little hesitant making such a big purchase but I combed through all the reviews and decided on this product. So do the math You can spend thousands in a furniture store or do what we did in buy-direct!

First I want to say ,get help the bases are very ,very heavy and hard to leverage when setting up inside your base if you got a split king like I did!!! With that said after setting up by myself, removal and all I had the best nite sleep I had in a long long time!!! Years!!!!The base motors are basically silent and operate flawlessly,the zero G mode is my favorite position on the remote!!! These mattresses are very well made and the comfort level is perfect for me and my wife!!! We both are in our 50s and our lower backs are sub-par at this time,we'll obviously it was the previous bed that was truly hurting us!!! Ergonomics is everything !!! Stay away from the so call mattress warehouses,those guys are worst than car sales men!!!! Sven & Sons quality is fantastic,worth every penny!!!

I purchased the Sven & Son Split King Adjustable Bed Base Frame (Head Tilt) + 14” Luxury Cool Gel Memory Foam Medium soft Mattress. I looked over all the reviews and this bed had an 80 percent rating. Most of the issues I read was about shipping and over firm mattresses. So wanted to write about my experience I live in Rural Idaho and thanks to the reviews I knew that the bed and mattress were going to come in via semi. I placed my order and was surprised to see it was only going to take approximately a week to arrive. It wasn't but a day before Sleep Geekz contacted me and let me know the local trucking company would contact me to arrange my delivery and stated the bed would arrive by semi and that if I lived in an area where it couldn't turn around or exit, I should arrange meeting somewhere with a pickup. 4 days before the bed arrived the trucking company called and stated that the driver would call us the day of arrival with a time for delivery. Delivery day, we received a call the driver would arrive between 6 and 7 pm and he was right on time and right out front of my long country driveway. We backed our truck right behind him he had 3 large boxes on a pallet he lowered his tommy lift right to the edge of our truck pallet jacked it in and Wa La! we had our bed, and he was gone. The boxes looked great not a tear dent even the banding was perfect not over tightened or to lose. We backed the truck up to our door and where unloaded (suggest having 2 guys but you can corner roll the boxes gently in a pinch). Easy assembly took maybe 10 mins to screw on the legs to decide on the height. Mattress on and expanded as soon as we opened the packaging (watch cutting the plastic off the mattress, you could very easily cut into the mattress) Also I noticed there is plastic over the USB ports so you might want to peel that back before you flip the beds upright (lift the bed and set it down you don't want to bend the legs even though they look sturdy). So far, we love the bed had a great night sleep and a wonderful experience with our purchase and delivery. I'll follow up at a later time, we are very curious about the longevity of the mattresses.
