We went for the firm mattress setup and really like it. We use the massage/vibration feature every night and I like that it auto turns off after about 30 min. I sleep with just a touch of incline for my head and upper body but my wife sleeps pretty much flat. She crawls into bed about 45 min before we shut everything down and raises her upper body pretty high as she is watching TV (Gilmore Girls) Ugh. Anyway, as I said in the headline the only drawback is when you have to sleep in a hotel or at someones house. Setup was easy but it was not light (hence only 4 stars). It was easily assembled less than 30 minutes. I ordered the bliss firm. Its a little bit more firm than i thought but would rather not have the soft. The remote works well, massager is pretty good. Im comfortable and cozy in the bed. This bed is a good value and cost less than many others and seems well built. I am very satisfied with it. I would recommend it to a friend. ... show more

I got the firm mattress and the adjustable queen base. Good: It is comfortable, the features in the bed are great. I enjoy the zero gravity and flat feature on the remote. Bad: Delivery was a hassle. I had to deal with three different companies. I first talked to the bed's company, they told me it will be delivered by a shipping company. Then the shipping company never got in touch with me and texted me a delivery date. It was difficult to get in touch with them and when I finally did they passed my delivery to a smaller company which was even harder to contact. They do not bring things to the 2nd floor. And that bed is extremely heavy, especially the base. I was told if I want it delivered to the 2nd floor I would have to pay a installation fee that was ridiculous. Thank goodness that I knew two strong men to help me get it up the stairs. The mattress had a small hole in it. (The company sent me a mattress cover). Bought the split king. I'm 75 and had no problem putting it together by myself. High quality hardware and motors. Very well engineered. Gave up a waterbed we had for 30 years. Love the individual setting.
