Love these lights! I bought them October 2023 and put each set on 2 separate trees. They have been up since then and the picture I just took is from April 25, 2024, 6 months later. They are nice and bright and I'm so pleased they are still working! I just ordered another set for my deck and hope they are as durable as these were. I bought a different brand the same time as these and the 2nd day I had them outside they got wet and stopped working. They were supposed to be waterproof. I bought these before to replace two other sets that quit after 5 years, and I was pleased initially, so I ordered another set as backup (I have an AirBNB and everything needs to work 100% of the time). I put them away for later use. Unfortunately the first two sets didn’t last as long as I’d hoped, but oh, well, I had more. Nope, neither set worked out of the box. Charged and charged, not a flicker. Changed all settings (or tried to), charged some more. Still nothing. Much too late to send back. $50 for a few months of use of one set, and they lasted a disappointing 3-4 hours after 12+ hours in the Texas sun, and zero use for the second set. Not a good deal. Wired lights would have cost the same and very little (under $10 a year) to run, and they’d still be working. I will never buy this brand again. ... show more

I currently can’t find a picture but when I do I will update this post The light are nice. I love that they are small and you can set them to link or just leave it at one setting. I love that they are white light versus warm. Clearly they can get tangled, but I put them up with someone to help this and we went around our pine tree outside my house. I did use the 2 lights for this one tree and the solar part was on the top. The look is nice! Once we set them, they stay in the setting you choose. They are resistant from the rain. Wrap tightly a bit because of the wind. Def easy to use. Only issue was after a year one stopped working so we currently have one set up only :/ ... show more

However, I found it frustrating that they won’t turn on if there are other bright lights nearby, as the solar sensor prevents them from activating.
