I have a 2008 JKUR and I got these storage bags to help organize the inside of my Jeep. Pros: - Lots of room inside of bag for storage - Relatively easy to install - Good Workmanship and durable - Plenty of pockets, straps and places to attach Cons: - Doesn't fit perfectly - Some rub against the rear seat - Some interference with the rear seat belt reels These saddle bags I purchased to solve an issue in my Jeep. I have stuff under the seats, etc. So when putting down the seats they don't collapse completely due to all the items stashed underneath. These bags resolved that issue and more. I was able to put all of those items and more inside the bags and clean out under the driver, passenger and rear seats. They retain all of items and are now easier to retrieve than when they were under my seats. The bags were bigger than I anticipated and that was a pleasant surprise. The installation took just a few minutes but the fine tuning of the bag placement took a bit longer. The bag does not sit inside of the roll bar well triangle perfectly. So it binds a bit with the rear seat. This is a minor annoyance when collapsing the rear seats and put them back up. But you get used to the extra move of pulling the bag out of the way over time. The bag also binds with the rear seat belt reel. The only way to alleviate this issue is to set the bag forward just a few inches so that the seat belt reel does not bind on the bag. The other issue with the seat belt is if you don't mount the bag inside of the hollow in your roll bar well the seat belt rides on the front of the bag. I prefer to mount mind bag just outside of the well. Even though the seat belt rides on the bag, I have not noticed any fraying or abrasions from the seat belt. These bags look great and it is a solid storage option for a Jeep Wrangler that has limited storage. I am extremely pleased with them and they have made my Jeep more functional. ... show more

Great storage for our 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. The stitching and construction is fantastic. Neither the wife nor I even notice they are there as far as visibility while driving. We keep our "comforts" in the passenger bag (extra wool socks, ponchos, gloves, hand warmers, food, water, life straws, water purifier, emergency blankets, first aid kit etc) and tools in the driver side bag (tow rope, shackles, jumper cables, misc hand tools, knife, flashlight, rope, locking and non locking carabiners, harness, rappelling gear, work gloves, etc). There is MORE then enough space to keep everything you will need for both a long road trip or hitting the trails. Now, on to the seat belt delima. This is really a very small issue, and more of a cosmetic thing then anything else. When installing the bags, the rear seat belts are connected to the angled section of the roll bar. You have a couple options here when installing. 1) you can ignore the rear seat belt connector and just smash the bag up against it and strap it on. This WILL make the bag sit a little goofy, will look bad and will also make the seat belt not automatically return when not in use, You will need to manually pull the seat belt back into place or just let it flop around. or 2) simply install the bag about 2-3 inches forward. Doing this keeps the rear seat belts free for use and maintains their freedom of movement. It also allows the bags to sit flat and flush. Looks much better. The downside is, with the bags sitting slightly forward like this has about 2 inches of the front part of the bag to be blocked by the back seats. Not really much of an issue at all. You can still flip the seats down and access everything you may need. I keep the items we are least likely to use in those "hard to reach" areas. Other then that, these are the BEST option we have ever found. There are tons of external attachment options. The sky is the limit. I am not sure as to their water resistance. I know many people who ride with these with the tops off. I feel confident that driving in the rain, these will keep most of the water off, however being parked with the top off in a long rain, your gear will eventually get wet. So pack smartly. Carry garbage bags to store your gear in if you are planning a wet trip. Jeep On!! ... show more

Jeeps are not known for storage. These are great. I have all my tools, recovery gear, shovel, hatchet, saw etc all in one bag. Other has fishing and camping gear, first aid, lights, gloves, machete, air compressor etc... do flop around when offroad. A way to secure them to the floorboard would be nice. They do get in the way of seatbelts but one can work around that too. ... show more
