Received in a very timely manner. We purchased it for a long trip. It came in and it took me about five minutes to install it. It was super simple and easy. It was a little smaller than I expected but worked great never the less. After filling to it’s max capacity it didn’t make much noise at all. The aerodynamics of it is very good. It didn’t effect our gas mileage barely at all. The opening from both sides is very nice and easy to use. We went through rain and snow as well as washing it off at the car wash. Just the hand sprayer though not the auto one. It didn’t leak at all. In my opinion it is a very good product and well worth the money especially when compared to the more name brands. The product itself is quite nice. Installation was super easy and there was no noise at all while driving. The carrier keeps everything inside nice and dry and it's very handy to be able to open from either the driver's side or the passengers side. My only caution to anyone who is considering this car top carrier is that you will only be able to return it if there is a defect in the product. My reason for returning was that it was too small for the items I intended to use it for - primarily 2 sets of golf clubs and two folding golf carts. We ended up losing $100 in order to return it. I purchased this product because its color matched my Highlander's paint color and with its many good reviews. Unfortunately, I think this cargo box is designed for compact SUV or cars that the two crossbars have to be closer together than my un-adjustable factory crossbar from Toyota. The spacing on the cargo box attachment is just 1" too short that the clamp won't reach both crossbars so I have to return it. I originally got a return authorization from Amazon without postage. I went to UPS and the cost to return this giant box (only 20 miles) is almost as high as the product itself. I contact the seller explaining this situation and they quickly send me a prepaid FedEx label without asking any question! The box itself feel and look sturdy. The clamp is stronger than those from Thule. Honestly I would keep it if I have other car that fit. I will not hesitate to buy from this seller and this brand again... but I will for sure check the specification closer. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love the product, I have driven 90 miles jo the problem don't hear it I don't drive slow so when I do heat it is when the wind gets very strong but not because of the speed, the look of the product is worth it, it doesn't move at all I check it every week, have good space and thing don't get wet, I wish it has a Handel to close, the logo was coming off when I get it but still on now, overall good product nice look maybe a little expensive for the amount of product in the market but can't find the look in other product so it kind of balance. ... show more

Packaged well. Same tech as a Thule (dual opening, claw style attachment with torque sensing). Fits very well on my 2019 VW Tiguan (and the color matching is pretty close to wheels and trim). I installed as far back as possible (1/8" from open tailgate); still allows use of sun roof - 3/4 of the opening is unobstructed). Very pleased so far. Will try it out on the expressway / in rainy weather and will update if it fails... Update: 30 days of use and about 2k miles driven with it. Personally, I have not seen a decrease in MPG on my 2019 VW Tiguan. Very little road noise as well. It has performed excellent thru rain and snow (no leaks - knock on wood).
