Features

  • Aluminium Carrier & 500LBS Capacity. Constructed with heavy duty aluminium frame, the cargo carrier can support up to 500LBS while weighing only 40LBS, which is much lighter than other metal carriers. Note: Our recommended speed is 60mph, but it's adjustable according to cargo weight.
  • Convenient Loading RampDesigned with a 41.5" long loading ramp, this carrier provides a lot of convenience for loading scooters, wheelchairs, lawnmowers, etc. There's no need to lift there heavy things for loading.
  • Easy Assembly & Wide ApplicationCompatible with Class III or IV 2" hitch receiver, this cargo carrier is suitable for most vehicles, such as trucks, SUVs or vans. More, you only need to assemble three main parts, then assembly is done, which is easy and labour-saving.
  • Optimal Dimension & Tie-Down PointsThe basket measures 50"(L) X 29.5"(W), and the ramp measures 41.5"(L) X 27.5"(W), providing ample storage space for transporting your belongings. Moreover, the cargo rack is designed with tie-down points, so you can easily secure your cargo.
  • Safe Reflectors & 9" Side Rails Four red reflectors increase visibility on the road for added safety. And 9" high side rails provide additional safety for your cargo during transportation, preventing the cargo from falling down.

  • Great product.
Excellent customer service, they provided everything I needed to assemble the carrier. I'm gonna use it to tow my free electric tricycle. It is sturdy enough that I would recommend this shelf to anyone. Good cost performance, decent quality, easy assembly, long service life. Value for money!!

  • Adequate aluminum mobility scooter carrier but could use some design changes
I bought this specifically tow my wife’s belly scooter behind the car one on trips I ended up not using it for that purpose because we were worried about water spray getting up and in the electronics of the scooter. I tried to find a plastic tote/box, but they were either the right length but too wide or the right width, but too long or short, so we ended up using it as a storage rack for our luggage ice cooler and other miscellaneous stuff that we could put in large plastic bags to protect from the weather. I also bought a piece of hardware that when connected to the tongue of the carrier and the trailer hitch tightened it up so nothing moved after 3000 miles. The only thing I really noticed was that for some reason it “looks“ like it’s bent from too much weight. But when I took it off the car and checked it out, it’s just an optical illusion I guess because it’s straight and solid as it was when I put it together speaking of putting it together you will put everything together on this thing every nut and bolt and there’s a lot of them. On the trip the carrier performed well. The ram stayed up and in place and did not affect the gas mileage of the car. The only negatives that I could see are that the ramp is on too steep of an angle for a mobility scooter to be driven up and on it once the front wheels get towards the middle of the ramp in the back wheels up against the ramp, there is not enough power in the scooter due to the angle to drive up. So it’s much easier to manually push the mobility scooter on until the carrier lifting it up either in the front or in the back as needed once it fit inside the scooter just fine. The plastic tips at the end of the ramp seem to want to loosen up during the drive or when you put the ramp down on the ground, I never really figured out which one was the culprit. My only other concern is that it is very soft aluminum when installing the eye bolts that are to be used with straps to hold down your mobility scooter in place while driving I over tighten them and the metal not only bent at the hole where the boat was but also split so I had to go get a bunch bigger washer, so that the bolt in the washer they gave would not fall into the newly created hole that I made from bending the bottom strut. But that in itself is a minor issue. The only real concern is, if you’re using it to haul around a mobility scooter alone, you may not have the strength that would be needed to get the scooter up and on the carrier as needed without lifting up by the front or the back of the mobility scooter or both on putting it up the ramp. Comes well packaged and boxed but if you need to return this (I was going to because of how soft the aluminum was), you are going to pay the money needed for the return which when I checked was nearly half the cost of the unit itself so I just kept it. The instructions are a little lacking in some areas, but easy enough to figure out. ... show more

  • Buy ! Perf with 500 lbs power wheelchair !
Love this so much! Use with my audi q7 2025 hitch --- & use with my hubbys 500 lbs power wheelchair ! Initally i was scared bc some people say it seems wobbly but over time its fine :) i feel comfortable with it . Id say be careful over speed bumps ! It can scrape hard when you go over too fast i made that mistake once and never again !!! I purchased like straps to help support it down and then a waterproof cover for the chair . Now were going to try to use with storage bag to increase inside car space Love love love esp for the price !! ... show more

  • This is lightweight and flexible
This is a great trailer hitch attachment that is lightweight that also has the ramp. The only issue is opening the back tailgate of the SUV with the ramp propped up in the Lock position. I replaced the bolts with removable pens, so the ramp can easily be taken off when in storage or if it’s not needed for transporting equipment. It would be even better if it included some kind of rubber or plastic bumpers on the back so the reflector wouldn’t get scratched up if stored on it back end. ... show more

  • Lightweight
Too many screws, labor intensive to assemble, I will buy steel , foldable carrier nextime. Heavier to handle but stronger and more practical.

  • Consider to include better owner's manual for assembly
Poor assembly instructions and pictures of carrier no legible enough to assist in assembly. Otherwise, I was able to put it together

  • I regret this purchase.
My nephew assembled the carrier in about an hour and all the parts were there. I am going to check into a stabilizer because it's very wobbly. I wouldn't want to be in freeway traffic until I see if it can be made not to wobble so much. It is very lightweight since it's made of aluminum so I have no problem raising or lowering the ramp. Longevity remains to be seen. Additional comments: It is difficult getting my scooter up the ramp because the distance between each cross piece is just enough that the wheels of my scooter lose traction and just spin. I am basically having to push it up on the platform. This has made it impossible for me to load by myself. I am going to have a more solid surface built to go on the ramp which will add to the weight. I wish I had never purchased this item and had opted for another item. ... show more
