I randomly came across this stepper when I was looking for a few things to add to my home workout routine. It is made really well and also looks nice. The price I paid was a great value and it is made well and durable. It is so convenient to have in my house and can pick it up and move it with ease as it isn't awkward to carry or that heavy. I usually keep it to the side of my kitchen actually lol and just hop on whenever I feel like it. Whether it is for a few minutes while I'm letting something cook or before I head out the door, or longer to incorporate more of a workout. I use it several times a day whether for 20 minutes or 2 minutes. After just a short time, you start to feel a burn in your legs and depending on the depth of your step, your butt. You can feel it in your core somewhat too as you balance your body on the stepper. You smoothly glide up and down with each step. It has a resistance knob making it suitable for people with all different strength capabilities. It comes with the arm bands if you want to attach those as well. I found them a little distracting, but someone else may love them. It has a digital counter in the middle that goes up to 9999 and then resets to 0. The bottom of the stepper has rubber "supports" that balance the stepper flat and doesn't damage your floor. The stepper is a very simple concept, but it is one of my favorite fitness pieces I have ever bought!

It became squeaky after about a week or two of consistent use. It doesn’t really bother me but it could be problematic for people in apartments. I think I just need to put some oil on it. I also cannot rely on the step tracker in it and I think it even stopped working. If you have an Apple Watch or Fitbit though, you should be fine. Still using this in my workout routine and I like the tension adjustment and arm bands. In terms of results, I haven’t noticed a physical difference in the way I look yet but it has only been a few weeks but I have noticed walking up stairs has become easier. I do think this product it worth buying and at a good price compared to the “viral” brands out there that charge a crazy amount. Don’t expect an overnight miracle, but stick to using it often and you will notice the difference.

I just bought this last week and have used it 4 or 5 times so far. I love it! It was easy to set up, and it comes with helpful instructions for assembling and using the device. It gives you a good walking workout if you can't or don't want to walk outdoors, making it very convenient to use while watching TV. The red knob allows you to adjust the range of motion to give you a smaller or larger step. I have the red knob set to the maximum range of motion to give me a larger step, but just keep in mind that your step count won't be as high as if you set the knob to a smaller range of motion. I have not yet used the app, as I'm a person that doesn't like to have to download an app and create an account for everything. But, I have been very pleased with the built-in computer screen on the machine, as it seems to do an effective job of tracking my steps taken, calories burned, and amount of time spent on the machine. Plus, it is also very easy to reset the computer at the end of your workout by simply pressing and holding the small red button on the screen. The machine seems to be durable and high-quality, so I expect that it should last for a while. Given the price, I'm not expecting this to last for years, but it seems to be a decent piece of workout equipment for the low price it is. I strongly recommend wearing shoes while using the machine, as opposed to using it in socks or bare feet. You'll likely slip if you just wear socks, and you may hurt your feet and toes if you use it in bare feet. If you misstep while getting onto the machine, it can hurt your feet. Don't make the same mistake I did, and be sure to wear shoes! :)
