I have had the pink stepper from Sunny for a couple of years, and have put hundreds of miles on it; I upgraded to this one with handles today. It works great! It’s quiet, and works just as great as my old one. The handles are for mild steadiness, about as much as if you were holding the back of a chair. It’s really easy to put together. While it is not Bluetooth like the upgrade version, I can use my Apple fitness app and manually start a stepper workout on my watch. I have health issues so I use it 15 minutes as a time.

I am very pleased with this Stepper. It is not expensive or hard to assemble. I put it together in less than 30 minutes. Sturdy enough for my size and weight. Makes getting my daily walk in no matter the weather or time of day.

EDIT: I bought a 2nd one. This is in my bedroom behind my desk and I get on it every hour for 20 minutes with CNN on the TV. While it is portable I got another one for the family room. That makes it very convenient to use in the evenings when I am in that room for several hours. At this price .. it is worth having two of them. This is the best of all my in-home exercise equipments .. and I love my treadmill. THIS stepper, every morning I put it behind my desk chair and every hour I get on it for 5-8 minutes. CNN on the TV and I take a break from sitting. That's why this is the clear winner. I don't even dress for it. I have solid slippers and I just step away, taking a break from all the sitting. I'm 5'9" about 145 and this is the perfect stepper. I chose it for the high looking hand grip in the pictures and it didn't disappoint; this is a game changer. You can be 6' tall on this and it will be fine. You could probably be 6'2" also. I can lean over if I need to but I doubt somebody over 6' or 6"2" can do that. Oh well. I bought this to strengthen my quads and move my butt. It is perfect for this. People here have written that you can't go 15-20 mins at max as it will heat up. That's probably true. 5-10 min an hour is my plan. Down the road I might make it 10-15 mins. Time will tell. I looked at 75+ steppers on Amazon and this was the clear winner. Not just because the price is reasonable but it is one of the very few with the hand rail being so high + a very very large foot pad. Highly recommend.

I never thought I would love one of these little steppers so much! I have some hip issues and needed something to strengthen my muscles and chose this. Assembly was fairly easy. Very small footprint and pretty light, easy to move around. I do wish I had got one with resistance bands but I ordered a pair I can hook to this stepper. It does warm up but I find if I increase resistance and stay slow and steady, I can go at least fifteen minutes without it getting really hot. I haven't pushed it beyond that yet. The app is okay, if you have a smart watch, I don't know if you really need the "smart" version of this stepper. All in all, superb stepper for the money.

Ok here goes: Assembly- the bulk of the machine comes assembled which is great! You basically need to attach the handle bar Sturdiness-/Quality- I’d say 50/50. The handle bar does have some wobble as if not tight but it is. The stepper did tip back on me once when I leaned to far back but I was able to just lean forward again and no issue came of it. Note to self do not lean far back. I was surprised at how tight the hydraulics are and it is a very slowwww step until the machine “warns”up. I didn’t read that of other reviewers so maybe just me. I did read all the directions and there is a note to only use the machine in 10 minute intervals to avoid the machine over heating- need 30min break of no use in between. That is a big downfall. But at 8mins my upper leg was feeling it so idk. I’m skeptical how much cardio one gets but since my docs say 10min intervals add up. I’ll keep going. The machine is nice and slim for small areas a definite plus. I’m using it inside for the winter as I’ve been too sedentary so it will do It’s checks the boxes as I got it at a good sale price.

I bought this machine to help build my bone density and strengthen my spine. I am 51 yrs old. I have severe osteoporosis in my L-spine , femoral neck and a 61 degree curve in my spine from scoliosis. I am unable to use weights so my doctor recommended a stepper so that I can use my own body weight for resistance training. I hop on this machine 3 times a day for 5 minutes at a time. It’s sturdy, compact and easy to use. I already feel core strength, tone in my legs, more flexibility, less stiffness and pain in my hips and improved posture. Not to mention it boosts my mood. Praying it helps build bone density but won’t know this until a follow up Dexa scan next year. I live in Alaska and the cold winters make it impossible for me to get out and walk so this machine has been a God send. I highly recommend this machine for those diagnosed with osteoporosis and scoliosis . Best wishes to good health

Solid piece of equipment, not too complicated to put together. Doesn't take up much space, easy to just get on and begin exercising/ walking. There is different tension options you can set for how hard or easy you want your steps to be. It was an excellent price and worth it. It's a stand up stationary machine, so once put together it doesn't fold up, it isn't obscene looking so doesn't look bad being set up. It's sturdy. I am glad I chose this machine, very happy with it and would recommend.
