I am nearly 60 years old and work a lot. I will not walk outside when it is cold or dark outside. I wanted something to use when I get home from work (after sitting ten to sixteen hours) while watching tv, rather than sitting even more while watching tv as I know I sit way too much. My body actually hurts from sitting too much. For me, this is a gentle form of exercise and I am hoping it will lead me to begin exercising in other ways. If it doesn't, that's okay -- at least I am walking. Sometimes I walk five minutes, sometimes I walk 30 minutes -- whatever I feel up to that day. Sometimes I walk five minutes, get off run and do something I need to do around the house, come back and jump on, go stir something on the stove, jump back on it for a couple of minutes. I just use this treadmill to get some steps in that normally would be time used sitting on the sofa. I do take it up to around 3 miles per hour as I find a brisker walk feels good on my body. I have not tried to go higher yet because I need better shoes, which I will get soon. I use the arm swings at shoulder level the entire time because I wanted an upper-body workout of some type. I knew I would need some form of stabilization while I walked (I get vertigo and don't want to fall off the thing), so the arms were an important feature. I wanted a slimmer design for a treadmill because I am using it in my living area and want to easily roll it away when I have guests. Perfect fit in my living room and it faces the TV. I can't believe I didn't buy one sooner. If you are a fast walker like me setting 2.0 will be a normal walking speed and 3.7 is a light jog. I love using it for a 20 minute light to moderate cardio, great for casual walkers or beggining joggers. If you have a habit of tripping or are clumsy, like myself, put it behind a chair or in front of a table so you have something to hold. It also come with a magnetic safety switch which is phenomenal because my elderly grandmother likes to use it for walks during the day. Its is compact enough to slide under the couch and is light weight enough to easily move. The belt runs smoothly, even better with the lube. Over all, amazing product and great design. We will have to see how it is in a few months, so far I love it. ... show more

This is a great little walking pad. It came fully assembled. Just remember to put the safety pull tab on the hand bar before trying to use it otherwise it won’t work, even when bars are in down position. The ability to put the hand bars down so I can have this under my sit to stand desk is awesome. It’s relatively easy to put the treadmill pad in the upright storage position and use the wheels to move it, but I’ve found it easier in my small office space to just use a large yoga/exercise ball as a chair on top of the treadmill when I want to sit due to how my desk is set up. I’ve been using this regularly for months with no issues! The remote is so convenient when not using the hand bars.     • I was skeptical, but it all worked out.
I was incredibly skeptical that a small treadmill like this would hold up, but it’s been great. The poles are a little awkward to use, but for the most part I just use them to control the speed on the treadmill. I’ve had to adjust the belt three times until I got it into the place where it’s properly adjusted. I’m using it as a walking treadmill while working, and it does the job very nicely. It is heavy, so keep that in mind if you live on your own. I wanted a treadmill that could fit up the very narrow stairs that we have in our house (26” wide with three 90 degree turns) and this fit the bill. ... show more

If I could give a zero I would.. product has inferior parts that were obviously very low quality and were broken upon receipt. I contacted the company as directed and they only told me how to remove the broken parts from the machine. They did not offer to send replacements nor were they concerned.     • Easy, versatile, perfectly small
I use this at my workplace--not for working at home. We already had standing desks, and this fits perfectly between me and the person behind me. It's long enough to walk normally and comfortably, and small enough to be unobtrusive. And it's very quiet. My workmates either say they don't notice it or that it's quietly soothing. I have used a lot of commercial grade treadmills (and have one in my basement at home). You can't really run on this and there's no incline. It does go up to 4mph, which is faster than I'd generally do while typing or talking on a zoom (although it's fine for just watching a bigger zoom meeting). But mostly I use it just to transform doing nothing into doing a little something. And it's really perfect for that. ... show more
