Great elliptical hybrid. It can be built by one person on the box they indicated better with 2 people . The reason is when it comes time to connect the cable for resistance . Make sure you extend the cabel all the way you do this with the resistance dial . When it comes time for this part if your doing it by your self just lay it on its side have something to keep it partially propped up so it doesn't lay all they way down to the ground. The other big help was asking Rufus the Ai For a video on full assembly step by step . It was a very simple process. Except when you connect the resistance cable just be patient you will connect it. My wife absolutely loves this . Good quality so no worries on that end . Price at a very fair price.

Great value, love it doesn't take up much space. Very quiet and smooth. I'm 60-ish and like the idea of being able to sit when I need to. Quality is great. Would definitely recommend. Quite the work out for sure, but can start slow and build up stamina.

This was a great buy for me. Ease to use. Very sturdy (I’m a big guy too). I use it almost everyday, but I’m not the only one who uses it in the house my wife and stepdaughters use it too. For the money, it’s pretty good. Unfortunately part of the bottom plastic piece was broken (probably in transit) but duct tape helps. Fits well in a small space, functions well. Surprisingly comfortable when used in sitting. Definitely use 2 people and the video to assemble.

You can stand for serious 'exertion' (like on a bike uphill) then, still pedaling, seat again for near-effortless circulation enhancement, tv watching, etc. I love the 'cross-country-ski stride "opening" the otherwise boring fixed-circle of bike-pedal; a seamless blend. This unit offers a virtual 'physical meditation' OR vigorous exertion & immediate back-&-forth option. And WAY easier to assemble than the printed instructions would indicate! (They're a hot mess of detail overkill--USE THE FORCE, LUKE (the VIDEO!) Also, I thought, since I didn't see much puff about quiet operation, that this would be squeaky/groany. Not so. It SMOOTH & QUIET!

This cross trainer elliptical is great, and the value for the price is very good. I ride it every day for at least 30 minutes. It’s quiet and fairly compact. The residence levels are good, I haven’t actually needed to make it harder to ride. It was fairly easy to put together but you need two people. No way one person can put it together. The instructions aren’t always correct, as it says to leave a few bolts loose but never tells you go back to tighten them later on. So after some use some of the bolts came loose and that wasn’t a good thing. I’m leaving this 3 stars because after riding it there’s always a trail of metal shavings left on the ground below it. I have to vacuum that up every time, as I don’t want metal shavings in my foot or in the dogs’s paws.
