I bought a similar product at one point and had to part with it because I moved. After using the incline feature more on machines, I decided on this brand again. One of the main reasons, is the incline and the wheels at both ends of the machine. It was a cinch to put together. You can unpack and use it in a matter of minutes. They pack it well, with wood and bind the box up. The box was really heavy getting in my small apartment. But after all the fuss is stripped away, the frame itself is fairly compact and not a beast to deal with at all. After using it fairly regularly with the app, I'm quite pleased. It does everything you need, its not loud and gets to speed and adjusts quickly. The spaces for water etc are roomy. I can put my tablet or phone in the holder. It doesnt have a USB port for charging or a fan. A plug would be helpful, and an auto shut off or way to power down from the console as improvements. The app has fun workouts that are pretty awesome and totally free with it. How many on here boast that? Im now already paying for an on demand app that doesnt give me kettlebell workouts (which imho are an advanced exercise) or guided scenic workouts. I love the interval workouts which are based on your machine. They have them for all the machines they offer!! If you get a spin bike, rower - you've got classes. Its not intuitive to your machine. Meaning, the incline goes up when the workout does. You adjust this, probably for safety. Everyones ability is different. You can't stream from their website. You have to connect your device to a TV or laptop if you want to use a larger screen. I don't use the safety clip and i never have. But it won't work without it. It was so easy to do the Amazon payments with this. Thank you Amazon! The company is based in the US and Im glad to support that. Would buy it again and again! ... show more

I received this treadmill on time as promised and it was easy to assemble! My step son did help carry it in the house, as it is heavy. My husband is a pastor and happened to have to write a sermon and prepare a funeral service in the same day so I took on the challenge of assembling this myself and I had zero problems! I’m 5’5 and weigh 126 lbs. of course it’s a struggle to maneuver at times but since we live on a ranch, I’m used to lifting heavy things. Anyway, I have been impressed with the quality so far and have used it a few times since getting it assembled. I am leaving a positive review because the reviews are the reason I made this purchase in the first place! I normally would never make a big purchase like this sight unseen, so I wanted to help anyone else that was skeptical like I was! ... show more

    • Serious Safety Hazard – Unsafe and Unstable Treadmill - High Risk of Injury

I purchased this treadmill last year but only started using it about a month ago. Unfortunately, it has been extremely disappointing and, more importantly, unsafe. From the first use, the treadmill did not feel stable or secure. It functions very differently from a standard treadmill and behaves unpredictably. The unit is wobbly, and the belt speed changes on its own rather than responding smoothly to the selected settings. This makes it very difficult to maintain balance and creates a serious risk of injury. I attempted to use it several times, hoping the machine would stabilize or function normally, but the issues persisted. Due to these safety concerns, I stopped using it altogether. I also reached out to Amazon for support but received no resolution. To confirm my concerns, I had others try the treadmill, and every person shared the same feedback — despite being a new machine, it feels unsafe and unreliable to use. I strongly advise against purchasing this product. It poses a potential safety hazard and does not meet the basic expectations of a safe treadmill. I Sincerely hope the manufacturer takes responsibility for these issues and works to resolve them by providing a proper fix, replacement, or refund to ensure customer safety and satisfaction. ... show more

If looking to get some steps in and add to your home gym, this treadmill is for you. I looked a several brands and styles, but this one made by Sunny is the clear winner. I've had it for several weeks now, and I'm thoroughly pleased. It was easy to put together, and it is also easy to maneuver/move. I recommend putting it together in the room you will it will remain in, as it will be too wide for most doors. This treadmill doesn't feel or look cheap, is heavy and sturdy (not too heavy to move), has great workout options, is quiet for a treadmill, responsive when changing options on the fly, and is made by a highly respected brand and company. Very happy with the solid incline and material quality. See pic at highest vs lowest incline. We had bought a $200 random brand walking pad advertised as "16 degree incline" but realized quickly that these incline numbers mean nothing. The incline on this one is significant enough that on the highest setting, you can stroll and still reach zone 2 heart rates. The solidness of the make and material is also leaps and bounds better than any walking pad. Of course that means that this is pretty dang heavy (~120lbs), compared to the walking pad which was half this weight. Since it arrives all in 1 piece, it's definitely a two person job to get it to the 2nd floor. If you're older, or on your own, definitely pay the extra for the indoor delivery. The only issue and the reason for the 1 star off was because my husband got his fingers jammed between the inner and outer frames when picking up from the floor, which could have been catastophic if his fingers had been any thicker. The treadmill essentially sprung out and could not be folded back in that position. Luckily we were able to pry it out with no broken bones, just bad bruises, but there really should be a safety sticker on the body to warn people to grab the outermost frame, and NOT the inner frame! ... show more
