I got this to help reverse bone loss in hips. I've only used it about a month so I don't know yet if it will be effective. So far it is easy to use. I find the remote had to be held close to the display in order to work. It doesn't work if I'm standing on the platform and holding the remote about waist level. It is not easy to move. The wheels seem small and the other end has to be lifted to very specific angle before it can roll. ... show more

I love this board! I became spontaneously disabled at 38 y/o and am now battling a slew of chronic health conditions. I retain fluid and swell, have POTS, orthostatic hypotension, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue syndrome among many others. This has helped me reduce discomfort and pain while also allowing me to be able to stand and walk on my own more, as well as increase mobility. I love the remote feature as bending is difficult for me. It’s easy to move it around as I need to and I love that it oscillates front to back and side to side plus vibration. The media could not be loaded. I like the three different modes of exercise options. Originally i just wanted the vibration mode; however, I’m pleasantly enjoying the other modes that it comes with. No assembly required! Huge plus! Plug & play. Literally just have to plug it in and turn it on. Comes with a remote that i can use without having to bend down to operate different modes. Since it’s heavy duty, it does come with wheels that i thought was a cool thing to add, so I can just wheel it anywhere i want. I like the cool LED colors when i change the intensity modes.
