I opted for placement of the box in my living room. I chose to assemble myself. I am 60 years old with some physical limitations, but I was able to follow the instructions easily. The parts are clearly labeled. I did need help with the bar that holds the arms. It was a little snug, but my sister used a mallet to tap it in. Apart from that, it was a 1 person job. It did take me about 3 hours because of my physical limitations. The movement is smooth and workouts are great. I watch YouTube videos of bike rides so the time goes by quickly.     • Overall, good machines, with a couple of issues.
The machine is high quality except for the seat. The mechanism that lowers and adjusts the seat is very loose and doesn't work well. The seat overall isn't deep enough and is a little uncomfortable. The pedals were labeled incorrectly left and right (the Left had the right sticker and vice versa). I think some of the reviews about he pedals may be they have them installed backwards on their machine without realizing because they will fit the other way just barely but if you go fast it starts to scuff the body of the machine and probably wears down the pedal over time. I admit to being a little unsure of the quality based on some other exercise bike I had but this thing has surpassed all my expectations. It was easy to assemble since the bolts and screws were labeled and the instructions were clear. All the possible pinch points are covered with shields, and any exposed bolt ends are capped with smooth caps. The whole bike is sturdy and well designed which is the kind of thing I tend to look for and notice. The seat is adjustable over a large range, comfortable, and sturdy. The screen is a good size and bright. I set my phone in the holder for music but have not yet tried the FREE app. Nice aluminum water bottle holder. The action is very smooth and quiet. Other bikes I have had were jerky when adjusted for any amount of resistance. The resistance level changes smoothly and quietly.     • Resistance levels are nice
Years ago I bought a basic Sunny exercise bike, with arm exercisers attached, that did not require power. This model is more expensive than that basic model but the splurge was worth it. Its got a wide seat, for larger people. The foot paddles are good sized too, which is nice for people with big feet. The arms flow nicely and since its got a power source, each user can have their own profile to keep track of progress, etc.. It was shipped without any issue and my husband put it together in about an hour. Sadly, our pkg was missing a cosmetic cap which covers a bolt. The missing cap does not affect the bike in anyway. I contacted the Sunny company for a replacement cap but they wanted me to jump through all sorts of hoops for a simple cap. That's dumb. Aside from that I'm pleased with the purchase. If you're on the fence about which model, definitely splurge for the electromagnetic with arm exercisers. Its comfortable, accomodating tall people, has a 350 lb weight capacity and glides and resists nicely. Well worth the price. ... show more

    • Assembly Video Needs Work
Delivery went well, the unit is packed tight, so take photos during unpacking in case a return is necessary. Issue #1; The assembly video needs work; when showing the left foot pad assembly they show the left foot pad being mounted on the pad frame in reverse as it should be. If you mount the curved side inward it may rub on the unit's side. When assembly is complete and mounted to the peddle cranks both left and right side pad should have flat side facing in and the curved sides facing out. Issue #2; The plug between the lower unit and the display mast went together hard, didn't see any damage or deformed areas on the plug but something wasn't right with the plug, had to use electrical tape to keep it together. This didn't effect the performance of the display but may need to be reattached if the plug separates after usage. Assembly went fairly well as far as all the fasteners, tools and parts were in the box and marked well. The box is heavy and bulky as well as the main part of this unit is fairly heavy so help will be needed to move it to the destination location. During assembly a little extra help doesn't hurt as well. Didn't have a good chance to start using it, I will update later if needed. ... show more

I never got to use the product. It was 3/4 assembled when I ran into holes not aligning in order to attach the seat. They had excuses but no remedy. The manufacturer was of NO help! Don't know if anything else would have come up to finish the job. They didnt want to address the problem and that ended that so don't expect any customer service if something goes wrong.
