UPDATE- The company made it right and gave me a full refund and did not require to send it back. It is the manufacturer and companies like this that I will return as a customer. When i first purchased and put it together, I gave it 5 stars and recommended this product. However, after using it for 2 weeks, it developed a loud squealing noise when peddling. I contacted the manufacturer that did everything they could do. However, one suggestion was a 15 minute video on how to disassemble the casing and remove the clutch arm. It was a detailed process that I was not able to perform due to the complexity. I'm not a technician! They suggested I could seek a refund, which I will do. However, I can only imagine the process Trying to disassemble the bike again, pack it up in a large box and send it back, As I have a disability and unable to do it. ... show more

I am 74 years old, with a lifetime of trying to keep exercise in forefront of my days. I tried using an elliptical machine, but developed pain in my ankles from arthritis. The recumbent bike was easy for me to use, so I bought this one. It did take me a couple days to put it together, but I did it! it is comfortable to sit in. It does have two little wheels on the front, and I can pick one end up to move it back and forth. I can drink a cup of coffee, look out the window, and watch TV while I pedal. I was initially very happy with this bike. It was very quiet but slowly it started getting very noisy. It made a grinding sound and a high pitch sound. I had only had the bike for about two months at this point. I contacted Sunny customer service and they helped me with instructions on talking apart the bike and troubleshooting for the exact problem. They then sent me the parts to fix it and some video links to help guide me. It was very difficult but after many weeks of back and forth communications and shipments of parts I was able to get it fixed. I’ve now been using it for about another two months and it is making loud sounds again. This time a thumping sound. I am very disappointed and do not want to go through the whole process again. I would think that a brand new product should be expected to last at least a few years, not months before experiencing problems that make it unusable. I do not recommend this bike unless you would rather have a DYI project rather than a piece of exercise equipment. ... show more

All the parts right down to the screws were QUALITY parts, including the 3 little tools needed to assemble the bike that came with it, and with nothing missing. The instructions were VERY clear and easy to understand and the pictures were excellent. NO grammar or spelling issues to indicate it was made somewhere where they don't care about quality.     • Disappointing Experience with an Inconsistent Exercise Bike

I purchased this exercise bike for $450–$500, hoping for a reliable workout experience, but several issues have left me disappointed. The resistance mechanism is inconsistent. Adjusting the tension dial often has no effect on the resistance level. Sometimes, switching the dial back and forth randomly alters the resistance, but it’s unpredictable and frustrating. The companion app is underwhelming. It tracks sessions adequately but cannot run in the background on my phone. If I receive a call during a workout and answer it, the app often resets, erasing all session data and forcing me to start over. Regarding the warranty, the support team was responsive and quickly sent replacement parts when the flywheel and bearings failed after five months of moderate use. However, the labor for repairs was my responsibility. While not as complex as major mechanical work, the process was still a hassle for someone not mechanically inclined. At this price point, I expected a more durable product to avoid such issues altogether. ... show more

I am quite pleased with this machine. I am 87 years old and using it to get back in shape after a considerable period of immobility caused by nerve pain and other foot problems. Adjusting the seat and tension is quite simple and all parts seem to be of high quality. It takes up very little space and is easy to move around. I would not say it was easy to assemble.
