The instructions were VERY clear and easy to understand and the pictures were excellent. NO grammar or spelling issues to indicate it was made somewhere where they don't care about quality. UPDATE- The company made it right and gave me a full refund and did not require to send it back. It is the manufacturer and companies like this that I will return as a customer. When i first purchased and put it together, I gave it 5 stars and recommended this product. However, after using it for 2 weeks, it developed a loud squealing noise when peddling. I contacted the manufacturer that did everything they could do. However, one suggestion was a 15 minute video on how to disassemble the casing and remove the clutch arm. It was a detailed process that I was not able to perform due to the complexity. I'm not a technician! They suggested I could seek a refund, which I will do. However, I can only imagine the process Trying to disassemble the bike again, pack it up in a large box and send it back, As I have a disability and unable to do it. ... show more

I am quite pleased with this machine. I am 87 years old and using it to get back in shape after a considerable period of immobility caused by nerve pain and other foot problems. Adjusting the seat and tension is quite simple and all parts seem to be of high quality. It takes up very little space and is easy to move around. I would not say it was easy to assemble. I am 74 years old, with a lifetime of trying to keep exercise in forefront of my days. I tried using an elliptical machine, but developed pain in my ankles from arthritis. The recumbent bike was easy for me to use, so I bought this one. It did take me a couple days to put it together, but I did it! it is comfortable to sit in. It does have two little wheels on the front, and I can pick one end up to move it back and forth. I can drink a cup of coffee, look out the window, and watch TV while I pedal. I can step it up by increasing the tension, and pedaling faster. Just be very patient with the assembly. ... show more
