I ended up going with the Sunny Fit and it only took 2 days to arrive. I live in the middle of the woods on 286 acres, so shocked it arrived so soon. I was able to put it together myself and my husband was shocked. Oiled it and checked the belt. It’s so quiet and I was surprised by that. I downloaded the app on my phone, IPad and TV. I could not believe that I can turn on TV and start app and I’m walking in far off country sides😎 I mostly wanted this because all the rain has flooded our area with mosquitoes and the Texas summer is being predicted to be bad again this year. I bought this to have a treadmill at my Mom’s house when I travel there and stay with her. It was super easy to assemble with a second person. Took about 10 minutes. Works well however I agree the incline is a bit much and put a board underneath it to reduce it a bit, which was perfect. The holder for an iPad is great but it’s a little far to reach comfortably while using the treadmill. If this was my everyday treadmill it would bother me but I will only use it occasionally so not a deal breaker. Overall it’s a good treadmill for the price. ... show more

I was afraid a 14" wide belt wouldn't be wide enough even for walking, but it is. There's usually an inch of spare space on each side. I even tested what happens if my foot goes off the belt a little, and even that's fine. Enough weight was on the belt that my foot moved with the belt like it's supposed to. I like that rubber handle grips don't smell. I have a Sole exercise bike and the smell is a problem, and surely unhealthy. All grips should be like the ones on this treadmill. The incline, which you can't change, is fine. I actually feel the cardio workout after a few minutes. When I walk on a flat treadmill, I feel like I can go forever, but I stop just because it gets tedious. This treadmill works the calf muscles and my bike works the thighs at the same time I get cardio work in. I had a more powerful and expensive xterra treadmill that interfered with AM radio, but the Sunny treadmill doesn't. The xterra started suddenly stopping with light use after 2 months, so you really have to wait to see whether a treadmill is decent, but so far so good. It's small and light enough for me to handle taking it up the stairs (the box said it was 80-something lbs), unlike my old, larger 120 lb treadmill, so this one saved me a $200 room-of-choice fee. I ended up not needing to take it up the stairs because the UPS guy took it up for no special fee, with my asking, like it was a normal package. ... show more

Quick notes after setting up and one day of usage, will come back here once we've used it for a month and then six months. 1. Delivery was speedy, no issues with the package on arrival. 2. Assembly was simple, except for one place where we couldn't get perfect fit/tightening for the nut that holds the wheels and the frame together. Their diagrams/naming convention for parts can use some help. 3. The product is very easy to move around, just be careful for the folding pin and make sure you've folded it completely. 4. Absolutely value for money, and no brainer purchase if you are looking for something affordable to just get started. It is space efficient, fit next to my bed in the bedroom, and with a TopMate laptop cooler fitted on top of the LCD screen, I can use it as a walking desk to take work meetings or do light reading from. If you are looking for a treadmill desk, keep in mind the handle bars are at a low height (at waist level), so a standard treadmill desk attachment will be too low. Instead I used a large box (1 ft or higher thickness) placed on the handlebar as a reading surface. Limited functionality and a bit hacky but it works. 5. Finally, as other reviews noted, mind the incline. This is not a flat walking surface. It isn't the smoothest/easiest setting either. The resistance feels like 3/10 to 5/10 on a standard gym treadmill. ... show more

I received the treadmill on December 28. It came with a knob broken. I immediately contacted customer support. I have sent in all requested information which was a lot. They still have not sent replacement knob. This knob is used to hold treadmill in upright position. I need it to fold because I have grandchildren and they will play on it and get hurt. Also I live in a small space and need it to fold up out of the way when not in use. Customer support could send a simple knob. Very disappointed with customer support. Can’t imagine if something more serious were wrong with it. . I did have problems lining up the belt but after many attempts think I have it. The treadmill is small so you have to watch how far back you step on it. Does run quietly. I bought it to use on days when I can not walk outside. It is working great for what I need it for. Very simple to use and set up was easy. Three stars due to customer support. ... show more
