I am very happy with my Kitchen Island /Cart. First I want to thank all reviewers that made it possible for me to choose this Cart. From pictures, you will see that looks like was designed for my own kitchen. Sorry for not preparing the kitchen for these pictures, I was just so excited after we put it together that I snapped the pictures as it is. The only thing wrong was that the top corners of the stainless steel top (all 4) are all a little bent, but I do not fuss. The drawer is very deep and long, see from the picture. There is a green cap from an Orange bottle just to see how tall is. The storage is deep and really holds a lot of stuff. In my picture, you can’t see but on the bottom cabinet is my bread machine which is a big, big machine. In top I stored the rice cooker and the bunt cake pan. I will recommend this product the material doesn’t look or feel cheap. Putting together was not hard but we (husband and I) have put together other things much complicated. We did however made two mistakes – on the drawer and the spice rack but easy to rectify. If you have a small space or a narrow kitchen like me, buy it. Is truly elegant.

This is a beautiful and sturdy cart. The stainless steel top is sturdy and really pretty. In my view, it's a two-person job to assemble; not difficult but takes time. The instructions are pretty good and the product packaging was perfect. Nothing missing, nicely labeled. In fact, a few items included spares. It took two evenings a few hours at a time, but I read every thing and count out the parts before I begin so I might be slow compared to some. If you don't have the patience to assemble things, then this is not for you. I will say though, my only wish was, a larger drawing would have been helpful in assembling the drawer rail. It was very hard to see the detail and had it in upside down at first. You might need a magnifying glass but look at the drawing VERY closely if you've never assembled a drawer. I used mine without the towel bar because it will be up against a cabinet. I have the microwave on top of it and so happy I got this. The same model is available at other stores at a higher price. Definitely Amazon is the way to go!

Packaged with easy-to-follow instructions allowed for assembly time of just over an hour. This cart's materials feel sturdy and the design is sleek and sophisticated. The casters let you roll it easily where it is needed and the extra storage this cart offers is wonderful, too.

I purchased this to be used as a grill caddy (comes inside when done cooking). Leaving out the non-structural shelf, there is more than enough room for two 20lb bags of charcoal in the cabinet portion (along with drip pans upside down over the unopened bag and a pizza stone under it). All of my smaller utensils, foil and random items, like meat thermometers, fit in the drawer for easy access. I bought a couple of small carabiners to attach to a pair of charcoal chimneys and my larger utensils (spatula, tongs, fork, etc). I have those hanging comfortably from the bars of the spice/knife rack. Finally, the pull bar on the other side makes a perfect place to hang a towel and two spray bottles (water for grill flare ups and cleaner for the stainless top). Everything went together without a hitch. The hinges of the cabinet doors even have decent adjustment screws to get the doors squared up nicely. No missing parts, no real blemishes on any of the externally facing surfaces. There is even enough real wood (though the back panel is pretty flimsy) that I could easily screw small hooks into accessible areas for more utensils/tools/lights/etc. The casters are nice for smooth surfaces or carpet and seem to be holding up well so far. It would be better to replace them with slightly larger versions to roll it around on rougher asphalt surfaces though. It's easy enough for two people to lift, by the sides of the spice rack and the pull bar, to move it around rougher areas without shaking things loose. All in all, I'm very happy with it.

Very pleased with this item. It was easy for my son to assemble (he is a contractor so that helps). It looks very elegant in my kitchen and is extremely functional. I like that it has a stainless steel top which makes it easy to clean. I put my knife set and fruit bowl on top and in the inside, there is plenty of room. There are two shelves and I store my dish towels on top and a 7 quart dutch oven in the bottom. I have a lot of dish towels so that fills up the first shelf and then there is plenty of room on the bottom shelf where the dutch oven is, I'm sure I could store more stuff. Another plus is it's very easy to maneuver that it practically glides. The kitchen island sits next to the breakfast table but if I need more cooking space, I move it towards the kitchen without any problem.

Was delivered to my front door at 11:00 it's now 2:00 it's completely finished it's not near as hard as some of the reviews seem to make it, went together very easy instructions were great thank you

This is not a bad piece...make not mistake it's not the most quality piece either. Especially for close to $200.00 but I really have nothing to compare it with. I read a lot of reviews about the installation. Yes it will take 2-3 hours alone. Make sure you set aside time with no distractions or interruptions. The instructions are clear and the panels are all labeled as well as the hardware. It's cute. That's it! You won't be wow'd but it serves it's purpose. I read a review about the doors not lining up. A couple of adjustments to the hinges and all good. The drawer rails are cheeeeap! The manufacturer should have invested in some quality rails. Lastly there are 2 screws on either side that for whatever reason the manufacturer did not include caps. I had extra caps from another piece that I was able to use and looks 1000 times better. Also buy some rubber pads for the drawer and doors otherwise they slam with that particle board sound. ** This is also just a practice of mine** always keep wood glue handy. It's a good idea to use them with the dowels.
